"This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this."

"Overall stay was great. The lock has a mind of its own sometimes & won’t open but after a while it resets but that happened to me after a night out around 2-3am. Other than that experience was great."

"My 2 friends and I stayed here and we were happy to find an affordable place and each get our own room for sleeping! The two full bathrooms were a bonus too! This would be very comfortable for a long stay as there was a ton of room to spread out! I also enjoyed that there were no harsh smells from cleaning chemicals or fragrances added to the space. "We found the perfect place to take our e bikes on the canal trail. The access to the trail was just a short bike ride down the driveway to the access point to the Canal Trail. The Apartment was fantastic, clean and comfortable and a fully stocked kitchen. We had our dinner on the extremely large porch enjoying the view of the river and wild life. "This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. "

"It was a bad decision! The place is located in a poor neighborhood, and it is unsafe without parking. The bathroom is terrible. The mattress has expired for a long! heat/AC is a surprise. Just don't go. Really! Pay more and go to a better place. This one is too expensive for what you get."
