"Had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, sunny, and very comfortable. Street parking is limited but the host provided multipleoptions. Geographically located in close proximity to/easily walkable to theaters, restaurants, shopping, University buildings, etc. We arrived and didn’t need the car until we left. James our host provided clear and timely information with excellent overall communication, and worked to accommodate a request we made. Would stay again!"

"Overall the stay was pleasant. However, for the price, I expected a few things that were not available. Because we stayed in the guest house in the basement, the house had a mold/dirt like smell. The rooms needed to be properly aired out before our arrival. Also, the temperature outside was relatively cold in the 40’s and the room was very cold and took a while to warm up after we raised the thermostat to 68 degrees. "
