The house stands on the edge of a cottage settlement between the local situation Mönkebude and the Szczecin Lagoon.
The Bunaglowanlage is fenced, the individual plots are often limited only by greening. The holiday home has two terraces and green space. A small shed offers space for bicycles or other accessories.
For the car is a large fenced, closed, parking available.
The holiday home was completed in July 2012 and completely equipped with new furniture, appliances and accessories.
Through the generous windows and door areas (terraces and balcony doors) you have a beautiful view of the surrounding green and also plenty of natural light. Who does not like this, no problem, all windows and doors are equipped with blinds. For ventilation, 50% of the areas were provided with insect screens. The two balconies offer a beautiful view of the lagoon and the island of Usedom or the cottage settlement.
The spacious kitchen consists of the cooking zone (large kitchenette) and an adjoining large dining table.
In addition to the existing crockery (all 12-piece) is still room for own accessories or Stocks.
The bedrooms consist of double comfort beds, bedside tables and a sliding door wardrobe.
An additional guest folding bed is available (especially suitable for children)
The house is on the 1st floor with a bathroom (shower, bath, toilet, bathroom furniture with vanity) equipped. On the ground floor there is another toilet with shower, mirror cabinet and sink.
The living room is located on the 1st floor and offers on all sides a beautiful panorama. A corner couch
offers two more sleeping places, which can be used if necessary.
Heating is by means of a natural gas boiler via an energy-saving underfloor heating system. The house is considered a low energy house. Hot water is supplied in the amount actually required with an electric instantaneous water heater.
The floor is high quality tiled or laminate (bedroom, living room)
Terrace furniture (large table with 6 high garden chairs) and foam pads are available. A stainless steel charcoal grill is ready.
In about 80 meters from the house is a small harbor (for boats up to 7m in length and 0.6 m draft), where you can also rent a guest berth.
A washing machine can also be rented in the administrative bungalow of the community.
