  • You owe it to yourself to make lifetime memories at “Peace of Paradise”. Spend a week at this
    spacious lake house and enjoy the beautiful wide water views across from undeveloped Smith
    Mountain Lake State Park. Three bedrooms, and two extra beds in the basement office provide
    plenty of room for multiple guests, as well as private space to unwind. In addition to private
    sleeping accommodations on all three levels of this home, there are full baths on all three levels.

    Our guests will spend their days swimming, floating, fishing, boating, and relaxing on the no-
    wake zone lake, all the while working up an appetite for a dinner expertly prepared on the gas

    grill, and in the fully stocked kitchen. Watch your favorite shows with Wi-fi and smart TV’s, with
    comcast cable in the main level family room, both bedrooms on the main level, as well as the
    basement level rec room.

    Have fun in the rec room playing pool, foosball and board games. Bask in the sun with the wrap-
    around deck, or lounge in the shade with the under deck patio.

    Centrally located at R22, this immediate lake area has tons of room for water skiing, tubing and
    wakeboarding without feeling crowded by other boats or narrow coves. We are within Walking
    five minutes to the Virginia Dare Marina for a cold beverage, good food, live music, and an
    opportunity to gas up the boat. Wrap up your day by roasting marshmallows at the fire pit and
    sitting on the deck to stargaze.
    Our family has been making memories at our lake house for years. We are excited to hear

The property was exactly like the pictures, well stocked with everything you could possibly need and super clean. The views are outstanding and we had an awesome time.

This was our first visit to Smith Mountain Lake area. The house was perfect for our family of five. We enjoyed hiking at the nearby state park and exploring the area surrounding Moneta. Plenty of room and fantastic memories playing pool & games. Thanks Anne for a great stay!

We had a very nice vacation at this house. There was enough room for everyone, and it was well equipped. There was a bit of a bug problem; we let the owner know and she said she immediately scheduled pest control. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job cleaning, especially dusting and the floors/corners. The furniture is a bit run down. The hill to the dock is steep. Other than those things, it was a nice house, in a good location on the lake.

Beautiful place, peaceful, exactly as advertised.The host, Anne, was an absolute gem. Very, very responsive, took absolute care in quick responses to any questions. We hope to stay here in the future, wouldnt want to stay anywhere else, cannot imagine any other host being any more helpful!!Thank you Anne!!!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful lakefront home. Perfect place for a long weekend or a week or two during your summer vacation. The property is close to local amenities. The lot has a relatively gentle slope down to the lakefront. The boat dock is outstanding. The property gets the morning Sun and the sun rises our spectacular.

I don’t know how but our stay at SML just keeps getting better. This property is situated perfectly making use of the glorious sunshine and view of the lake. This property has everything required for a relaxing vocation.

Friends get away

House is wonderful, view of the water is great. Anne was so nice and gave lots of good suggestions from where to rent a boat, where to get groceries, restaurants to try and things to do in the area.

Had a fabulous time with our family and adult children. Great location on the lake. Spent our time hanging out on the dock and deck, and playing pool and foosball in the basement at night.

We loved our stay at Smith Mountain Lake! The house was in the perfect location for swimming, tubing, kayaking and easy boat access, with the marina conveniently close by. It was the perfect size and had all the amenities we needed. Anne was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, though the bedrooms and living areas could use a bit more attention from the cleaning crew. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay!

Beautiful home

Our first time to SML and we had a great time! Host was incredibly responsive, home was well stocked, and we look forward to returning in the summer when we can enjoy all SML has to offer.

The lake was beautiful and the location was wonderful. The home was clean and inviting and it was great to be able to bring the dogs. We loved having all the great water toys available to us. We rented a boat and it was nice to be able to have it right at the dock. The downside was the exterior maintenance.

SML Getaway

Great home, lots of room on the dock. Deep clean water. Great for swimming, fishing or just floating around. Nice neighbor, plenty of parking and plenty of floats for the lake.

Scenic Lake Getaway

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at this property. Anne quickly responded to all questions we had. The quiet neighborhood location was just what we were looking for and the view of the lake from this home is lovely!

Wonderful, would vacation here again

We really enjoyed our vacation here. We would vacation in this home again. It is well, equipped, clean, beautiful view, and lots of natural light. It was an ideal spot for all of our fun activities… Biking, hiking, kayaking, and dog walking. The owner, Anne was very responsive.
