All Docked Out - Charming Waterfront Home, Spacious Dock

All Docked Out is ready for your next premier lakefront vacation. Our guests love staying with us and so will you. Enjoy the tree lined driveway as you enter the property. Each room is appointed with our guests in mind. The internet is blazing fast with Smart TV's for use with your streaming services. On the main level, the living area, kitchen and deck have serene lake views. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered deck. Cook with a view of the water in the fully stocked kitchen or grill on the patio. The main level has a large bedroom with 2 sets of full over full bunk beds and full bath. Two spacious bedrooms (One King & One Queen) on the second level with shared full bath. The second level also has a large desk for remote working. Partially finished basement that includes full bath and wall mounted TV to enjoy while playing ping pong or foosball. Basement is a 4th sleeping area complete with a comfortable sleeper futon. Maximum occupancy is 8. Saturday to Saturday Weekly Rentals from week after Memorial Day through Labor Day. Cleaning fee includes linens.

The deep water cove (15+ feet at full pond) has a spacious dock with upper lounge deck all accessible from the house via a lighted paver walkway. Swimming and floating is ideal with the clear calm water in the family friendly cove. Relax on the Adirondack chairs in the sun or move to the covered area with a table and chairs. Boat house includes use of refrigerator, SUP and kayak. Life jackets available. (Use all at your own risk)
Boats can be tied up to 24 foot long floating dock.

Full size washer and dryer available for use.

Parking for 3 vehicles at the front door.
Pet friendly for up to 2 dogs.
Linen and Trash Service included in fees.
Flexible Check in and out times in Spring and Fall. Inquire after booking.

The house is walking distance or a quick boat ride to Portside Bar & Grill overlooking the water. Be sure to listen out for the famous SML Ice Cream boat that usually comes by in the evening. Virginia Dare Marina is 3/4 mile to launch your boat for nominal fee ($10 in spring 2022). Boats and Personal watercraft can be rented from local marinas. Additional dining and shopping are a short boat ride or 15-20 minutes by car.

Great location and beautiful view of the lake. Within walking distance of Portside dock. Due to rain, was unable to spend as much time as planned on the water but enjoyed the covered porch and dock. Would suggest adding some lamps to the living area to improve lighting. Many fun activities at this property from paddleboards to ping pong.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean; the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials; the dock was our absolute favorite! We spent majority of our time as a family there. We also love the convenient of the location. Winery, grocery stores, shops....etc all within 20mins! We would totally come back again :)

Our stay at this house was amazing. The house is as described. Easy check in/out process. When we had an issue they were amazing with getting us the help we needed. The dock is spectacular with deep water and our kids absolutely loved swimming here. Would stay here again.

Sweet 16 Fun

We had a relaxing long weekend celebrating our daughter's 16th birthday. The house was very clean, very comfortable with so many thoughtful details. Highly recommend and definitely hope it is available for our next visit to SML.

Lovely home with lots of extras, quiet cove and beautiful dock. Enjoyed lots of swimming, kayaking, fishing and boating. We were close to many restaurants and activities but we chose to stay at the house cooking and eating together! The grand kids enjoyed playing games in the downstairs and watching for the Ice Cream Boat in the evenings. We will be back!

Ou group of 4 adults and 4 kids stayed for 2 nights. The house was great and the games in the basement were a wonderful source of entertainment for the kids! We didn’t get to spend much time outside at the property since it’s November but the dock looked amazing!

Great Property

We had a great weekend. I wish we could have stayed longer. The game room was great for our kids (and us!). Swimming from the pier was lots of fun and the kayaks were great. The ice cream boat even stopped by!

SML Family Vacation

Our family of five had a great time at All Docked Out on Smith Mountain Lake. The lake house was very comfortable, nicely furnished & decorated and well appointed with quality amenities. The home is located on a quiet cove that was perfect for swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. The house is also in close proximity to SML State Park and the Virginia Dare Marina. We went on a fishing charter for Striped Bass and rented a deck boat and jet ski during our stay. A great location to experience the lake life!

Extremely relaxing

Very nice quiet cove on the lake. Great neighborhood. Property is beautiful and has wonderful views. Kitchen is supplied with almost everything you would want or need. Will definitely be back.

SML Perfect Getaway

All Docked Out was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The house had everything we needed... even a cast iron skillet! My boys loved fishing from the dock and jumping out in the water. We brought out ski boat and pontoon boat with us and had plenty of room. The house was very clean upon our arrival. We did anticipate a steep grade so my father (who walks with a cane) rented a scooter and he was able to go up and down the hill with ease. We would totally recommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy lake life to it's fullest!

Great Vacation

We spent a week for our family vacation and could not have had a better time. The location was amazing and peaceful. The water depth perfect for jumping into the water without touching the bottom. We absolutely loved everything about this lake house. Listing was accurate and communication with owners was easy. Would stay there again.
