"Very beautiful hotel right at the heart of Crete old town. The hotel is at the centre of a shopping street and wonderful restaurants, the back side is the beautiful Old Harbor's breakwater and lighthouse. The staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended and would still choose to stay here on my next visit to Chania."

"A unique suite, fairly newly renovated. Well maintained. Helpful, friendly staff. Perfect place close to the old port but far enough to mute nighttime noise. Short walk to beach, shops, and the Old Port. The restaurant next door had lovely food. Also, short walk to the secure parking company we used. Hotel responded quickly to emails and both checking in and out were made simple. They kept our room clean and were checking daily for anything we needed. I would highly recommend for couples. Amazing location in the heart of Old Town Chania with shops and dining options just outside the door. "This was the best place we’ve ever stayed! It’s in a beautiful 16th century building and our room had a wonderful view of the harbor and lighthouse. It’s right in the middle of everything. Only thing I was worried about was parking but the front desk lady actually held a spot for us right in front! We were not expecting that. It also has a wonderful rooftop terrace with free hot breakfast in the morning and an incredible view. Highly recommend!"

"This should have been rated 5 star but for a 63 year old to lug a 23 kg suitcase across 300 meters of cobbled stone alleys and steep staircases was not warranted. They could have advised us a simple route walking via the corniche. Anyways the room and bathroom were good. The staff was exemplary in helpfulness."
