Villa 'Sérénity 10 Pers Maxi' with WIFI, Private Pool, Private Terrace, and Air Conditioning

Villa Sérénity is accessible for guests with reduced mobility. Located in Mondragon, it’s the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The property features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 4 showers, and air conditioning. The private outdoor area offers a small garden, swimming pool, covered terrace, 2 tables, and a plancha grill. The pool is open from May 1 to October 15.



Opposite the villa is a small river where fishing is not allowed. Nearby, you can explore the Roman city of Orange, the papal city of Avignon, the Sautadet waterfalls, kayak rentals, the Ardèche river, wine routes, the castles of Suze la Rousse and Grignan, and the troglodyte village of Barry in Bollène. The region also offers many hiking trails.



There are 4 parking spaces on the property. Only one pet is allowed. Please do not let pets on the sofa or beds. Children must never be left unattended by the pool. The pool is equipped with a safety cover.



You are responsible for cleaning the kitchen and plancha grill. Beds are not made, but disposable sheets and pillowcases (for better hygiene) are provided and must be disposed of with your trash at the recycling area 100 m away in the hamlet. If these rules are not followed, additional charges will be deducted from the deposit.



Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited inside the villa. The neighborhood is quiet; please respect the neighbors and avoid shouting while swimming.



Wi-Fi is available and suitable for messaging, calls, and web browsing. As the villa is on the edge of a national forest, the signal is reliable for basic use but does not support streaming.
