"5 star experience - the hotel is brand new and spotless!
The facilites are great but the staff is even better. We hosted a wedding welcome party in the indoor/outdoor meeting space and it was fantastic. Our wedding party all stayed here and they felt the same. Great job!

"Pluses: As always, parking and breakfast was fine. The room is always clean. The staff is always top notch. I dealt with Christina and Bree at the front desk and Sabrina, the lady on my floor. They were all very nice, helpful and professional.
Negatives: The elevator was out of service. I'm 73 and enjoy bad knees. Christina tried to move me to the ground floor, but it wasn't available. The TV system was very screwed up; not the TV, but the cable system. You couldn't watch a full program,...

"Bed was made poorly as if someone was jumping or sitting on the bed. I had a hair on the sheets. The shower was not that clean either. The towels were also just thrown on the shelf unfolded. The worker who checked us in brought her kids to work with her as well as the lady cleaning on our floor. She had her 3 or 4 year old with her. Not sure how clean rooms can get when you are also watching a child at that age. All in all, poor experience. "
