"The a/c did not work for half the hotel amid the heat wave in Dusseldorf. I switched rooms 3 times, and each room it did not work. The feedback from the staff was "many of the rooms a/c are not functioning so we can switch you", without any knowledge which rooms did work. I eventually slept in the ..."
