The location is excellent, just a block away from Time Square! The hotel needs upgrade, but the room was very clean and comfortable. Great A/C and water pressure.The staff was very helpful.

Chambre en étage elevé avec belle vue.
Bon rapport qualité/prix avec breakfast
Principal irritant est le système de badge qui fonctionne très mal dans les ascenseurs (1/4 essais en moyenne)

Great location. Quick check in. We had an issue with our shower and it was fixed promptly, Staff were unable to help my friend who is severely celiac and just wanted to heat some safe food in a microwave. This was unfortunate, but luckily Friedman’s restaurant was across the street and they are very cautious with Gluten Free meals. Overall would stay again if I could get the same rate we paid!
