"The overall aspect of the property was misleading, the property wasn't of a standard that I would expect from a Vrbo property or any rental property, the cleanliness was far from acceptable, massive cobwebs in a few rooms, stains on carpets, rugs that we really a bad trip hazards, the one at the top of the stairs which we moved, sofa bed not fit for purpose, stains on bedding, dishwasher didn't clean properly, no welcome pack, lights in the small bedroom wasn't working, mold and grime build up...

"NO WORKING WINDOWS The photos of the apartments are all mixed up so its not possible to see the actual apartment you will be allocated. The apartment I was allocated had no widow in the bathroom and the air vent did not work. Next to the bathroom is the bedroom which also had no window. "Lovely property, great decor. In a beautiful spot next to the River Dee. Great seeing various boats passing by. Loved sitting out on the patio. The inside of the house has everything you could possibly need. The owner, Chris, keeps in touch to make sure you are happy with everything. Lots of lovely walks nearby, miniature railway in the park at the end of the road. Short walk into Chester. We would definitely like to go back. "

"Location was great- 10 min walk to centre. Property was huge- good for hen/stag do, which it is probably aimed at. The property is tired, showers cold or low pressure/ not overly clean. Feels like it needs a good deep clean, wouldn’t want to walk round with bare feet. Unfortunately, one of our party cut their foot on smashed glass in the hot tub. Additionally, one of the children also found smashed glass on the floor in the living area but fortunately was not hurt. "
