"Great stay. The vibe of the neighbors was very sad. (Never saw them thankfully) Huge security gates and cameras. Gone are the days of being neighborly and welcoming to people. In my 50s and past the partying age. Feel bad for the rental people having to deal with this sense of entitlement in a country/foothill setting. "

"Everything was wonderful about this property, it was nicely renovated and had plenty of room for the two of us. The town of Newberg was cute and the property was close to many vineyards and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. The only drawback to the property was carrying our luggage up a long flight of stairs, but we were aware of that before we booked the property. We would stay here again. "
