Staff were great, hotel is really nice it’s in a great location to walk into the city and far enough out too not be loud etc at night. Our only issue was there was works being undertaken on the railway line behind the hotel and we had to change room, the staff were great about this

The room and bathroom were spotless, and the amenities (tea and biscuits) were good. The hotel's location was ideal, though very busy and a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. Overall, an excellent value, and we were able to prepay for discounted breakfasts.

I didn't realize this was a student dorm facility that apparently they rent out during the summer months. No air conditioning in the room and it was quite warm in there. The staff were less than helpful, There was no car parking anywhere near the hotel. It was student accommodation and not suitable for mature aged travellers. We chose not to stay here and found another motel.
