"Clean room, helpful staff, maybe breakfast could be more interesting…eggs were always stiff. We trust good changes always happen!"

"Rooms were much smaller than expected. The sliding door moved and covered bathroom door when bathroom was being used. Not good for toddlers as it exposed the ironing bored closet. Fresh fruit on the breakfast bar cut up was a pleasant treat. Front desk lady was super nice and helpful. The value was expensive for the hotel location. "

"Parking was okay. Staff friendly but not attentive to a complaint of sink not draining properly. Had to chase down staff to obtain fresh towels after five days. Trash not emptied. When asked to have trash emptied,we were told to secure the bag(s) and place it in the hall! Breakfast options adequate and fresh. Would not recommend for families."

"Room was very clean, and comfortable. Jacuzzi tub in room with lots of towels. Electric fireplace right in front of the sitting area, making it very comfy at night. Bed was memory foam topped. Two sinks, mini fridge, microwave, mini- coffee maker. The property has status everywhere, giving it such a nice feeling of peace, like a garden. In ground pool, every room had chairs on the front porch. All in all, very nice place to get away and relax. "

"I forgot my charger to my phone on Monday evening (April 6,2026) and the front desk went and searched the lost and found for an adapter for me…..and there was one in there! They let me borrow it for the evening. Front desk went above and beyond to help me. Thank you very much. Anne F"

"Clean upgraded rooms. Clean renovated bathrooms. The room has soace to spread out. The TV was big. Nice full length mirror. The cons are the pillows are not comfortable, and there arent many places you can walk to. The staff was helpful when we needed it. Overall, the property is well maintained and close to a few places , like Niagra Falls, the mall, the university and the airport. I would stay here again when i come back to visit. "

"The hot tub was great but they had no rags or real soap we had to go get soap cause the only soap was facial soap and the hot tub was dirty when we came in for some reason"
