Guest Access:
Guests will have access to their entire home, private outdoors, and garage. We do ask you do not go into the basement/crawl space as that is for access by our maintenance only.

Navco is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood in Mobile, USA, known for its clean, well-kept yards. Nextdoor Neighbors appreciate the sense of community and the pleasant atmosphere that makes it a nice place to live.
Navco is a pretty classic residential Mobile neighborhood. Close to Downtown, closer to the airport and the coast, and surrounded by shopping and dining, the neighborhood is one of the more convenient spots in greater Mobile. There are tons of parks in the area, along with waterways popular with boaters and fishing enthusiasts, and all the entertainment and nightlife of downtown Mobile is just a short drive away. To top it all off, the proximity of interstates 10 and 65 makes getting around the city a breeze. “It’s just a super convenient place to live,” says local Realtor Cindy Lawson, who has worked in the area for five years. “There isn’t much more to say about it. Our neighborhood is sensitive to noise. We kindly ask that you deliver the same level of respect you’d want from your own neighbors and please be mindful of your noise levels while at our home.
☞ Please do not move any furniture in the home - a charge will be billed if any pieces of furniture have been moved.
☞ If the house lists a BBQ, or Fire Pit, we do not propane tanks or fire wood.
☞ Please remove your shoes once inside the home.
☞ Please do not eat meals in the beds as this results in damaging the linens.
☞ Excessive waste/mess left behind, and/or damages, will be billed to the guest.
We hire professional independent housekeeping companies to perform each turnover cleaning. If a guest leaves large messes/damages beyond what is typical for a standard stay, these contractors may charge additional fees beyond the cleaning services advertised in the listing.
Terms of Service:
To abide by all legal requirements and house rules please be advised that all guests may be asked to sign a digital rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You acknowledge a Security Deposit may be needed to secure the booking.
