Checked in at 3:30. Entrance and hallway had mud and dirt on the rugs from other clients. They did not remove their boots. Staff said nothing to them. Next morning at 6 am the rugs had not been cleaned. Staff again indifferent. I asked for a pet free room. When I opened the door a big stain was evident. ...

Clean and modern, friendly professional staff, AWESOME breakfast! Most comfortable bed I slept in during our entire trip! We didn’t use the pool or gym, but wish I’d brought my bathing suit!
