"Rigtig hyggelig lejlighed med perfekt placering i Old Town. Vigtigt at være opmærksom på, at man skal op ad stejle trapper for at komme til lejligheden. Det går ikke at være gangbesværet. Man belønnes med mulighed for åbne vinduer og frisk luft, når man har besteget trapperne. Vi lavede ikke mad i køkkenet, så funktionaliteten af det kan vi ikke udtale os om. Rigtig fin kommunikation med værterne både før og under opholdet. God instruktionsvideo til indcheckning. Vi kommer meget gerne tilbage."

"We had a wonderful stay at the White Swan Boutique Apartments in Prague. The location is fantastic—central and convenient for exploring the city. The host was exceptionally helpful. When there was a small mix-up with the apartment, they handled it promptly and professionally, going above and beyond to make things right. The apartment itself was clean, nice and spacious and overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return."

"Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Apartment im dritten Stock mit direkten Blick auf den Altstädter Ring. Die Einrichtung war sehr stilvoll und passt hervorragend zu dem Altbau. Die Küche war klein aber alle notwendigen Geräte und genug Geschirr. Die Kommunikation während des Aufenthaltes komplett unkompliziert auf digitalem Wege. Meine Frau hatte während des Urlaubs Geburtstag und erhielt ein kleines Geschenk. Dankeschön nochmal dafür. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder. "

"Lovely big apartment. Great area. Easy walking to most places. Also plenty of trams. Needed earplugs as busy road outside. Check in wasn't good. Was sent no information. Had to phone to find out where to pick up keys. A place that closed soon after I got there. Would have been good to have been sent that information first, especially as the place to pick them up closes at 11pm. Apart from that the place was great and would stay there again."

"The property was charming, very clean, centrally, located with transportation outside the door and a few minutes walk to the Charles bridge. Most of all the staff was absolutely wonderful. I primarily interacted with Denny and Tina, and they were two of the most wonderful hotel staff members I have ever met. Highly recommend this place and my thanks again to the team! "

"It is a self-check in set up, great for travelers who don't like any fuss. Very new and updated, in the heart of old town, close to EVERYTHING! You'll find all sorts of food and transportation options right out of the main door. Kitchen set up was wonderful, just enough appliance for simple daily needs. They provide coffee pods and tea bags. Albert the grocery store is 5 minutes walk away which provided all the food needs, if you choose to not eat out. Saved me a lot of money. I recommend...

"We loved our stay - ideally located, clean, spacious and well equipped. It is a bit noisy but it is to be expected being so close to the action. It did not hinder our sleep or the enjoyment of the apartment. Communications were good as well. We would go back!"
