"The spacious apartment style hotel was great. My kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. I appreciated the large kitchen area and access to a laundry room. The friendly multi-lingual front staff also helped answer any questions I had along the way. "

"Loved this place. Unit was clean and spacious, beds were very comfortable, and my most favorite thing was that the beds were not on the floor. There is a washing machine in the unit and clothes line on patio to dry your clothes. Easy check in and check out. The area was clean. We felt very safe there even late at night. Close proximity to train stations. The bus that goes to Shibuya and Shinjuku is right across the street from apartment complex. Shopping and dining close by. "

"Located in a very quiet neighbourhood. Close to 7-11, family mart and other grocery stores. Close to Nishi-Shinjuku and Maranouchi subway. A 20-30min walk to Shinjuku major station. Complete with shower towels, hand/face towel, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, slippers, hand soap, toothbrushes, hair dryer, kettle and microwave. "The location is excellent at just a 3 minute walk from the Yamanote line. The room was clean and as expected. The aircon worked well and keep cool overnight. The bed was comfy. If you're looking for a no frills, place to sleep and shower, and take off for the day, this is the place to stay at."

"This was a great space. Super clean, quiet, and only about 8 minutes from 2 different subway stations. The response was so fast from management with questions. My ONLY complaint was lack of space to place our large bags and to hang jackets/purses. "

"An amazing stay! While you don't get the complete amenities of a hotel, you do get the convenience and comfort of your own apartment! No noise issues, clean, and simple amenities provided. My room had a washer, and there's a Laundromat close by as well. Complete kitchen with burners, microwave, and big fridge! Station is a short relaxing walk, about 5-10 minutes. Very nice park a street over! Highly recommend!"

"Fantastic for my needs - safe area, easily walkable to ikebukuro proper or a short train ride to most major stations. Local area is quiet and cute with great food options. Property was clean and had in unit laundry, microwave, kettle, AC and TV, owner was very responsive to questions in concerns and offered multilingual support. "
