お部屋はとても狭かったですが新しめで綺麗でした。大浴場が男女入れ替え制とHPでなっていたので急いでチェックインしたら改装して男女別になり時間も気にせず入れました。HPも変えておいて欲しかったです。

初めての家族旅行として子供2人（幼児・乳児）を連れて利用させていただきました 気になることがあり事前にメールをさせてもらうと、ベットに関してなどこちらが気づいていないような事に対しても色々と提案してくださいました また当日は部屋をアップグレードしていただきました 初めてのホテル利用で正直不安が多かったのですが、とても丁寧に対応・説明していただけたので気持ちよく一泊することができました モーニングも色々なメニューがあり美味しかったです また同じ地域に旅行することがあればぜひ利用させていただきたいです 今回はありがとうございました
