"I don't think this should be called a hotel. It is not. there is no staff Manning the place. It is really a unit or apartment. having said that it was a nice place to put your feet up at the end of the day. Easy walk to the train and buses."

"1 train stop away from everything you need - or a 15-20min walk! Wouldn't have been ideal if you're heading in and out a lot but we were out one in the morning and back at night and it was great. "

"The rug in the living room was so dirty. The table provided was too small which was not suitable for 6ppl for dining. The cookware were so dirty as well. There was a tiny cockroach in the room that I stayed which located at the ground floor! "

"Place was convenient to travel to hotspots and outer Tokyo. I’d recommend this place for short term stays as it’s quite small and not too much room for multiple luggage’s. it be great if the room owners added extra pillows and towels as the pillows are extremely flat and uncomfortable and the towels are very thin. I’d also suggest removing the big round table in the bedroom to make extra space and replace with something more convenient for guests. Other than that room was great. "

"チェックインを機械でする事を知らなく（お知らせがあったのかもしれないが私が読んでいないだけかな？）、受付の人に声かけた所、笑顔も嫌味など無く、淡々とチェックインして下さいました。建物は、アパートをホテルにした様な作りで、ドアの外を歩く人の音はします。部屋の中は広くて綺麗！以前宿泊した別のホテルは浴槽にヌメリがあってガッカリしたのですが、このホテルは、カビやヌメリなく気持ちよく浴室を利用出来ました。朝食無料は、終了時間15分前に行ったら、空になってしまっていたので利用できませんでしたが、食パンが置いてあったのかな？お皿とトースターも置いてありました。朝食を適当に済ませて良い方でしたら、パンだけでも嬉しいと思います。"

"I traveled with my family.The property was very clean and within a walking distance to the train station.There are some dining options nearby. 7-11 is within walking distance from the property which is open 24/7. The owner was very accommodating and checked up on us via text to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. There is a direct Skyliner train from Aoto station (nearest station to the property) that can go straight to Narita airport or vice versa, which is cheaper than taking...

"The host Keita is very nice and kind! He provided any help we need regarding our stay. We kept communicating with him via Whatsapp and Vrbo, and he answers whenever we have inquiries.The 2 connected rooms we lived in can accommodate a total of 3 people. There are 2 aircon with cooling and heating so the room are warm despite the almost freezing temperature outside. There is also a hanger where we can hang our jackets and towels. The room is quite spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo....

"When we arrived we met the owner and he was really kind. He sat down with us and we got a chance to talk about our trip. Gave great recommendations. As for the stay the guest house is as advertised. It has great amenities and has space up for 4 people. We did get there early but have to mention that you can see the age of the guesthouse. Some improvements can be made here as there was mold in the shower, air vents and A/C units. My wife and I have allergic sensitivities to mold and it started...
