"The staff are so sweet. We got to the executive lounge pretty late but the man let us stay until closing and let us take the last bit of snacks. Place is clean, has parking, and good views. No onsen, TV only has cable and the mirroring setting did not work with my phone. Other than that very good place."

"初めて利用させていただきました。最後の2部屋でダブルを家族3人で利用しました。ホテルのサービス、朝食、スタッフさんなどとても良かったですが、お部屋がかなり狭めでした。夫婦でダブル、成人した息子も1人でダブル利用でしたが、正直1人でもダブルの部屋は狭く感じます(荷物を置く場所がほぼ無い)また、浴室の洗い場が4つしか無いため、時間を間違えるとかなり厳しい状態になります。このお部屋だと一泊が限度かな…と思いますが、ツインでしたらまた宿泊したいなあと思えるホテルでした。"

"Curious with the good reviews, I want to experience it. True enough, Sendai Kokusai Hotel is well deserved. They have local and foreign front desk staffs ensuring the best communication. The hotel building is not new but very well maintained. I had a minor issue with my room. A staff member checked it out and made the arrangement immediately. Really appreciated the swiftly settlement. Overall I enjoyed my stay very much. Will stay again in my future trips."
