River View Condo in the Wilma

This distinctive studio is in the heart of downtown Missoula in the historic eight-story Wilma. The over-sized windows that stretch across the south wall give you the most stunning views of Caras Park, so whether you feel like partaking in the various events/festivities you are just a few steps away, or perhaps you prefer observing from a bird’s eye view in the comfort of your luxury  studio... the choice is yours!

The studio features a king-sized bed, separated from the living room by a dividing wall that features a flat screen TV on the top and a fireplace on the bottom to offer privacy as well as ambiance. The living room features a brown leather couch and chaise combo which could serve as an additional sleeping area if needed. 

The kitchen boasts granite counter tops, a flat top range with seating for two at the dining table that overlooks the south side of Missoula. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the surfers on Brennen's Wave or the Saturday Market that runs every Saturday from May to October.

This was a last minute ladies night, and we will be back! Thoroughly enjoyed the quirkiness of this historical building, the central location, the beautiful view. As a Missoula gal who not only grew up wandering the streets of Downtown, but also has worked in the heart of this city her entire life, this was a wonderful experience! We walked down to Ritual Yoga, had dinner at The Camino, checked out a show at the ZACC, followed by a night cap at Bar Plata. Saturday morning we eased into our day and wandered to the river trail, grabbed coffee at Market on Front, poked into shops and perused the Clark Fork Winter Market. This VRBO was the perfect way to round out moms night out! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful space. Our host was super accommodating and answered our questions quickly. The Apartment was well stocked with everything we needed and very clean. Highly Recommend!

If you like cleaning up bugs, this is the place for you! The home had dead bugs pretty much on every flat surface, dirty floors, and hair in the sheets. We arrived late at night after a long travel day and had to spend a significant amount of time sweeping dead bugs off the floors, window sills, counter tops. Beetles, moths, gnats. The vacuum was broken which made cleaning extra special. The coffee maker was so gummed up that it didn’t work. The nice views from the windows didn’t make up for our experience. It was so not relaxing, unless you consider stepping on dead bugs and dirty sheets a good way to unwind. The owner refunded the cleaning fee, and suggested that we should move to a hotel because our expectations were apparently too high. It’s actually really good advice and I recommend it to you as well! This place completely missed the mark.

We spent 11 nights in this charming space and enjoyed every single one of them! The views out of the many windows are spectacular. The apartment is well designed and has a great ambience. The location is unbeatable for downtown Missoula and also convenient for the university.

Great place and location. Only issues - Needs better lighting as it seems to be under liit. Nice amenities. Parking by dumpsters not ideal but it had parking. Floors seemed gritty and showerhead unclean. Overall though very nice stay.

Cozy spot downtown

This rental was exactly what I expected from the listing. The decorative details were classy and sophisticated. I loved all of the ways that the owner has preserved the history of the unit in the context of the Wilma building. The light fixtures, the accent chairs, the other things that they’ve kept in line with the vibe of the building were all perfect. The kitchen is stocked with basic things like Keurig coffee, tea, even some minor pantry staples. The views of the river were fantastic. There is some road noise, but I credit that more to looking right over Higgins Street Bridge and less to anything that owners could do about it. I will stay there again,100%!

This large studio was perfect for us in every way! Meggan was a great host! The space was beautifully appointed and so comfortable! The views and location can't be beat! The king bed was super comfortable! We planned on staying 2 days and stayed 4! We will definitely be back!

Very comfortable studio apartment that has a lot of style, comfort, great views, and easy access on foot to downtown as well as easy driving to nearby areas. Would definitely stay here again.
