Listen to the rippling of the water or the chirping of the birds and stay for a moment in absolute silence. Daring people can jump into the cold water directly from their own jetty. It will definitely wake you up in the morning! In the middle of the beautiful forest and lake landscape of the Mecklenburg Lake District you will find ideal conditions for a carefree holiday. The small town of Mirow lies at the southern end of Lake Mirow, which is part of an extensive network of lakes, rivers and canals, which also includes the Müritz. Water lovers can, for example, enjoy water sports on the Müritz-Havel waterway, which is the gateway to the Müritz National Park. If you prefer to get around on dry feet, the many car-free forest and country paths will be of particular interest to hikers, cyclists and horse riders.
