"I think you will find this review to be very consistent with others. Wonderful property, rooms, and overall experience. Their check-in process needs work. If you’re going to have a virtual check-in process, people should be armed with all of the information necessary to enter the room when they arrive at or after 3 o’clock. The people attending this process are slow to respond. "

"Very clean, beautiful view, big shared kitchen. good comms with team, tho some repeated messages from what seems to be an AI checkin ? You have to sit outside until you do a lot of paperwork and pay them an extrat $19 cleaning fee not seen in the listing. Also the kitchen is huge big and top notch but it is limited - for example it only has one small bent frying pan."

"La habitación amplia, cómoda, limpia, funcional. El aire acondicionado funcionó bien. La cocina bastante completa aunque casi no la usamos. La regadera muy a gusto. En la televisión había Netflix, YouTube y otras cosas.
No le damos 5 estrellas porque: Es un poco desesperante llegar cansado y que no hay nadie para recibirte. Aunque contestaron pronto a nuestro mensaje whatsapp. Teléfono indispensable para check-in. Te piden fotos de identificación, te mandan un contrato, lo firmas digitalmente y...
