Great property .. the only thing that was difficult for us was the sofa/couch in the den. Very low to the ground. It you are short, it’s perfect!! lol. Otherwise kind of hard to get out of. We loved the balcony view and the beautiful weather in October

The area is very nice, and we could see a little bit of the ocean across a parking lot. The pool was dirty and Nancy called the HOA to complain but never followed up with us. Same when we complain about the mold in the washer. She never followed up to see if it was resolved.

Spacious home with everything we needed for a large family. The unit is really close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. The balcony is spacious and safe for young children. I haven’t stayed in a vacation home with a more equipped kitchen. Plenty of dishes and big enough for multiple people to be working at the same time.

Condo was very clean and in a good location.

The picture of the property showed it right on the beach. I didn’t realized that this was a multi unit dwelling and our unit was in the back with a partial ocean view. However, I would recommend the property since it was still in a pretty good place.

Perfect family vacation

Our stay was wonderful with no issues. Very spacious and comfortable. It was just a walk across the street to a private beach. Condo was equipped with everything we needed and bonus beach items. Would highly recommend.

Great place, would recommend

Plenty of space overall, couches were more comfortable than the bed in the room with bunk beds. Bathroom space is very limited in the room with bunk beds. Other beds in the unit were soft and comfortable. Great location and proximity to beach! Handicap parking should be moved closer to elevator!

Great beach location

Excellent layout for groups, with three bedrooms, three baths and all new appliances, including washer and dryer. Expansive balcony has very good ocean views. Arrival was confusing as signage was very difficult to see. Parking was adequate. Beds and kitchen supplies need some overhaul. Windows and doors need repair. Pool was not heated.

Could have been 5 Stars if it wasnt for the ANTS

Stayed in the building several times before but first in this room. Good price, great size and location, but the ants, gotta fix the ant proplem. Main room TV went out the 2nd day, but one email and they replaced it same day. The kitchen was equipped well except teaspoons there was only one. Master bedroom closet was being used as storage… maybe I’m being too generous with 4 stars 😊 If they fix these items it’s a great inexpensive place to stay.

Nice location but pictures were a bit misleading. Had to cross a busy street to access the beach. Would recommend more pots and pans in the kitchen and some storage containers. Was very clean. Check in was easy. Close to shopping and restaurants.
