Great location & close to everything. Golf cart made accessing amenities and the beach easy.No outdoor eating area as shown, rental could have been cleaner. Our todlers feet were covers in dirt within the first 20 minutes of our stay.

Annual Family Vacation

The unit was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and the convenience of having a golf cart to get around. We have stayed at many condos and beach houses within Sandestin Resort, but this unit has been the 2nd best in term of cleanliness with updated amenities.

Our stay was really great. The only issue that we ran into was that when our son was crawling on the floor, we noticed that his hands and feet became dirty. We reached out to the property manager and within 24 hours somebody was sent out to clean the floors. Talk about service! It was a really comfortable stay, and I think it’s a wonderful unit for anybody with children, or even just two couples going as friends!

It’s in a quiet part of the SGBR, yet close enough to everything to be convenient as well. Golf cart was a game changer, we’ve stayed in units before without them and it’s really the best way to go.We needed to contact someone during our stay, they were immediately responsive and helped us with what we needed, great customer service. We will be back.

Property was nice and very clean. Suitable location and easy access to everything you would need. Didn't plan on purchasing internet service for the week. Seems to me that should be included but there was no working service available. Management company did not answer any of my inquiries - so I was disappointed but didn't let it ruin our trip. I have stayed at places before that provided a fact sheet that included the most popular "need to know" inquiries - this would have been helpful to make our stay better. Property owner should be proud of this home and know that it was meticulously cleaned and presented. We would certainly stay again but would recommend the management company take heed to our suggestions.
