The major fault we found with this booking is the 9:00 am checkout. Most rentals have an 11:00 am check-out. Basic kitchen necessities should be provided ie, sponge, salt and pepper etc. The house was beautiful and clean. Well worth it! Excellent location!

Great for a family - SO MUCH SPACE. Conveniently even had some gates for the stairs which is always a safety concern with young kids. Views couldn't have been any prettier. Walked right out to the beach with our 4 chairs ready for us each day. Contacted the host a couple times for the pool heater and he was super responsive and we got to enjoy the heated pool many times. Would definitely stay again! 10/10

This was our first trip with our almost 4 month old and this home was everything we had hoped it would be & more! Very clean, spacious rooms, and the view from each balconies and the pool were priceless. Chris was welcoming & very responsive. This location felt safe and was easy access to everything.

Very responsive host at great location

Arrival was easy and stay was overall great. The host responded on a very timely basis even on the weekend. The facility was clean and neat however there were areas needing maintenance and even after communicating our preference for cooking, pots and pans were not checked as they were filthy. For the price you pay for the location and it does not disappoint. For the price, certain things should not be present that were noticed during our stay. It a 4.5 be cannot go up to five.

Amazing Beach Getaway!

This property is a private, peaceful little slice of heaven in the heart of the action! I was a little worried about heading to the beach for a holiday weekend, but magically the beach outside of our property was not crowded at all. I joked that half of our pictures look like we were on a private island which was a welcome surprise! Being right on the beach with a private beach access is always the way to go, and this property did not disappoint. The splash pool gave my 7 and 10 year old the best of both worlds. It was so nice for them to be able to bounce from the pool to the beach and back again (with a rinse in the outdoor shower between!) at the snap of a finger. Beach views were beautiful and balconies made for the perfect backdrop for meals outside. Kitchen was well appointed, and the washer and dryer definitely came in handy. Five out of five stars for cleanliness! We had zero issues our entire stay, and our vacay was seamless. I even got up early our first morning to check with the beach service company and the owner had already set us up. Our stay was perfect from beginning to end. The home was clean, easy to locate and secure. Property was easy to find, and the owner was responsive throughout our stay. We will definitely be back — I would book this home year after year!

Great location

The home was in a great location. It was clean when we checked in. Very easy checking in. Parking was adequate. Beach area and chair setup was great. Location to restaurants and grocery was great. We were disappointed that we did not have a full size grill. Pictures in the listing showed it but all that was available was a small electric thing. The host said it was illegal to have them but the neighbors on both sides of us had full size grills. Plug ins outside were burnt up and non usable. The convection oven did not operate correctly. Overall our stay was fine but hopefully some of these items can be updated for the price paid for the unit.

GREAT LOCATION.

We had a great time. The house was in a perfect location being right on the beach. Checkin was easy and the house was in great shape. Loved being walking distance from some restaurants and shops. Would definitely go back again.

Magical in Miramar

My wife and I wanted a place on the beach and when I saw the property has arcade games also, I was sold! The location was just right for us. Close enough to “everything” but quiet and beachfront also. We didn’t use the entire property but the part we did was comfortable and inviting. There is room for many more guests and everyone would surely have plenty of room to spread out! The property manager communicated what we needed to know to make our stay a pleasure. We enjoyed our visit and would certainly recommend this property.

Family Beach vacation

The property is as described and is very nice. The location is great and the beach is clean and beautiful. We used the chair service everyday and had chairs set up directly in front of the house. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Check in was a breeze. We had no issues and would stay here again. The location is convenient to restaurants, groceries and shopping.

Perfect Updated Home for Families

We really enjoyed our stay. The property exceeded our expectations. From easy check-in, to cleanliness, accommodations, and location. The area was beautiful n close to everything. I do recommend a baby gate for those with toddlers. We will be back!

Tranquil Tides was so Tranquil!!

We stayed at this property for 8 nights as a family of 10. The view was wonderful from all of the balconies. It was especially nice to have 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas ready for us on the beach every day. Chris was a wonderful host. We would love to return for another family vacation in the near future!

Amazing stay at Scenic Gulf shores

The property was excellent. We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony; watching and listening yo the waves of the ocean. My grands truly enjoyed the pool on the 1st floor. I would recommend any family of 10 or 12 guests to stay here.
