The cottage features three bedrooms and three baths, providing ample space for up to eight guests. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep, and the three bathrooms offer convenience and privacy for everyone.
Step outside onto your private patio, where a BBQ grill awaits those delightful al fresco dinners. The lush greenery surrounding the patio provides a serene backdrop for outdoor activities and moments of quiet reflection.
For your convenience, private parking is available, ensuring a hassle-free experience during your stay. And while pets are not allowed, the absence of furry friends contributes to a peaceful and allergen-free environment.

Nice Condo

Nice little condo located close to the beach. It was nice to have private beach access. Everything at the condo was as described. We will be returning to this condo for future beach trips.

Love the house and the gated community. We have stayed in the gated community before. 💕Great place for family to relax and feel safe. Home away from home. Destin is beautiful, it’s one of our family favorite vacationing destinations. Beautiful weather.

Relaxation by the sea!

We were very impressed with this property! Cozy and warm atmosphere. Beds comfortable and plenty of bathroom towels. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of sishes and silverware. Will stay here again for sure!! Great time had by all!

Highly recommend

The house was clean, lots of towels, and everything thing we needed to cook with. It is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and there is also a community pool. We will definitely stay here in the future!

Awesome location

We absolutely loved the house and the location. It was easy access to the beach. There is a golf cart in the neighborhood that will take you from your house to the end of the neighborhood so you are closer to the beach.

This was a wonderful, clean home close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! As a heads up, the private beach will not allow you to bring your own umbrellas starting this week. You will have to rent them.

Nice House

Nice house with everything we needed for five adults. Only complaint is there wasn't a shower for the bedroom with the jacuzzi and so two bedrooms had to share the bath with the shower in the hallway.

This cottage exceeded our expectations! It fit my family (4 adults and 2 kids) perfectly. It’s beautiful and spacious, exactly as it was listed. The neighborhood is so pretty and quiet. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes, and to have your own private pavilion was great. The beach was less crowded than staying in Destin, but still just as beautiful! There’s a Dollar General right next to the neighborhood so we were able to get a lot of our stuff there, but there are lots of places within a short drive. The pavilion sells ice so that was nice, as well as having restrooms. The little backyard area was so nice to sit in and drink coffee. There’s an entrance off of 98, and also onto Scenic Gulf Dr., so easy to get in and out. Our family made so many memories!

Wonderful trip

Our stay in Emerald Shores for almost 3 weeks was great. It was nice being in a gated community too. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and cookware. Maybe could use a new teflon fry pan. Lots of dishes and glasses. Decent cutlery too. Very nice towels… nice and thick. Beds were all comfy so were the pillows. Living room furniture was all good shape. Had trouble turning tv on the first day we were there… instructions not very clear. Eventually we figured it out.. we are seniors😂. We were the first block closest to the beach..a 5 minute walk. Swimming pool was close also…if it was heated it didn’t feel too warm to me. There was another pool at the other end, I didn’t feel that one. We would definitely rent there again…tried to for next February but was all booked up!! Only negatives( and that’s too strong a word) are: 1) in front bathroom the tub has a few cracks it that they have patched up… unsightly and 2) the floor mats in the kitchen kept sliding around.. kind of a risk hazard for older folks. Would we go back…in a heartbeat!!!

Awesome place

Everything was really nice there were just two things that could have been better..the hot water in the kitchen never got hot. The bathroom hot water was good but for some reason in the kitchen it was not. Then we ran out of gas for the gas grill but we just ate out.

Nice place

The property was great overall the house is bigger than the pictures lead on. It was a great place to be during all the bad weather we had that week. I would recommend this place to anyone who had a few kids and are looking to get away.

Awesome house!

Beautiful house and neighborhood! The house is very spacious and only a 4 min walk to the beach! I recommend bringing a beach cart/wagon to haul your belongings to make it easier. I would definitely stay here again!
