Private Beach-Large Pool!

  • This newly renovated condo is in the renowned Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort in the Miramar Beach area of the Emerald Coast! Unit 509 at the Summit offers a master suite with a king size bed and 55 inch flat screen TV. The guest bedroom houses a queen size bed with a 55 inch flat screen TV as well. There is an additional master suite as well with a king size bed and a full size bath. The living room has a queen size sofa bed for extra accommodations. The living room, dining and kitchen area have an open floorplan. The kitchen is well appointed with all of the necessities for entertainment. The dining area has seating for 6 people and there are two barstools for extra seating. There is a stackable full size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Once you set foot in this condo you will not want to leave. The unit overlooks Coffeen Nature Park and Topsail State Park with unparalleled panoramic gulf views! The condo is a short walk to the beach. Tops'l also offers a tram service for a quick ride to the beach.

    The resort has many amenities which include a large pool, hot tub, large private beach, miniature golf, basketball court, pay to play pickleball, beach chair service and resort security.

    This neighborhood does not allow renters under 25. College groups are not allowed. This is a gated neighborhood and security staff check's ID's. A guest list is required and adults cannot check in anyone under 25 into the home and leave the premises.

    This property is located within the TOPS’L Beach & Racquet Resort community. Beachside Retreats is an independent property management company contracted directly by the owner to manage vacation rental reservations and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the resort. Your reservation will not included some amenities within the resort. The amenities not included in your stay are the Blue Dunes Restaurant, beach front pool, and the fitness club.
    Professionally managed by Beachside Retreats, located just minutes away and available by phone, text, or email throughout your stay.

Mid May family retreat

Beautiful family vaca rental. Rooms were large with beautiful decor. Awesome private beach with perfect white sand. The pool and hot tub really set the vacation vibe. We loved our stay at the Summit!

We absolutely loved this condo. Gated and private entrance. Not right on the beach but only a 5min walk. Still great views of the ocean. Private pool. The condo was excellent. Large, clean with full amenities. Double balconies. This will definitely be one to remember

Well kept facility!

Unit is just as pictures shows. Newly updated and very clean. Everything you need. Property manager is very helpful and easy to deal with. Check is also very smooth. The grounds are well kept. Pools are clean and elevators are great. However there is a bit of a walk to the beach. It is not beach front. You can see the water from a far distance from the room. It is located in a gated community. Very safe!

Rent this condo!

This condo was exactly as described and then more. We had a wonderful week here with our 3 kids (4.5, 2.5, 6 weeks). The kitchen is fully stocked including tons of kids plates, cups and utensils. The walk to the beach is very doable even with a loaded down cart and kiddos. It’s also beautifully renovated! The pool by this building is a bit quieter and cleaner than the pools right up by the beach so it was nice to have the option to go to either. Highly recommend this condo…we will be back!

Family get away

This was a perfect condo for us. It was clean and large enough for our family of eight. The walk to the beach was really pleasant. The water was absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much for letting us stay, we would love to stay again sometime.

Pictures of the property were just like what we experienced. Absolutely wonderful property. Spacious and great views of the gulf. The walk to the beach was nice and the pool right outside the building was very convenient. HIGHLY recommend this property.

Pretty Place

We absolutely loved the place! The pictures do it justice, except the view is deceiving. We thought it would be closer to the beach. It was way over 200 yards and it was up and down a hill each time. Location, Location, Location. I would have LOVED to move that pretty place closer to the beach!

What a beautiful place on a beautiful beach! The condo was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had all that we needed to make it our home away from home for the week. Katherine was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Reno

The condo unit is very well renovated. New, modern and fresh. Clean and great to have three large bedrooms (one is massive) and three full bathrooms. The beach itself is a bit crowded due to private type beaches surrounding the beach one is “allowed” to be on. The property itself is very nice and a value. Regards

Great condo with beautiful views!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The unit was tastefully decorated and had great views!! The kitchen was well stocked, but was much smaller than we were expecting. We had an issue with the AC during our stay and the property manager responded very quickly and had the issue resolved in a very timely manner.
