This updated, one-story, pet-friendly villa in the family-friendly community of Linkside Village offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation with activities galore. Nestled on spectacular beach and bay-front-only 8 miles east of Destin, Sandestin offers something for everyone. This beautiful, spacious home features a bright, updated kitchen with granite and pass-through bar to the dining room with seating for six. Pet Fee: $100.00 Per Pet Max of 3 Pets, 50 Lbs and Under. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional long-term pet fee of $150 is required. No Cats Allowed!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. It is a clean and comfortable space with a fenced backyard for our little dog. Sandestin is a peaceful resort near 30A, Destin, and PCB where we have made many memories over the years.

We thought we was in a safe and secure environment, only to find out we were sharing space with a Ground Rattler. We had been walking around day and night with no shoes on with a poisonous snake in the house.I have been visiting Destin for over 25 years and never have I had this very unsafe issue.

Great location

The property was as described inside the home. We all liked the floor plan and the large living room area. The back yard was in need of some care from trimming back to removal of large fallen limbs. The convenience of washer and dryer is great, however the dryer is old and takes hours to dry towels. Highly recommend an upgrade. Kitchen could use some organization.

A relaxing pet friendly place close to the hustle and bustle.

The house was nice and tucked away in a quiet section of the street. Everything was accessible and easy to use in the house. There we some roaches we had to get rid of before getting settled in but, that wasn’t a big deal since this is Florida. Some things for management to consider, the back yard has some branches touching the soffit and roofline of the house which allows access for bugs and small critters to get in. Also, the front of the house needs a little bit of power washing to knock spider nests and webs around the front doors, but all in all, a good place to stay with kids and pets.

Nice Home

We enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood is and pet friendly yard and unit. We will def book this again. As previous residents it was nice to find a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle.

The property is located close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The backyard is completely fenced in for pups which is fantastic. The kitchen has all of the comforts of home.

Vacation with the comfort of home

This home boasted large bedrooms with very comfortable beds, plenty blankets and lots of pillows. The adults all loved their huge, king-sized beds. We were also very pleased with two big beds in the room for the kids - bunk beds are not convenient for young kids. It was great to sit around the table in pajamas, sipping our favorite coffee, in no rush to find a restaurant for breakfast. The fenced backyard was small, but perfect for little ones to bounce off some energy and hunt lizards and frogs until we were off to enjoy the sites and local entertainment. We never figured out the community transportation app, which would have been nice to use for Baytowne Wharf, but that’s on that company. We loved this VRBO experience!
