Excellent location, very clean, large and spacious. Very private beach setting which we loved! Not having to get to the beach early for chairs and umbrella was awesome. Sliding glass door needs repaired. There was no water to rinse off at the private beach entrance. There was a hose but water was off. I would stay here again.

Clean rooms with great view and location. Private beach access with chair service was awesome. Private pool with bathrooms was nice. Only complaint is the shower in master ensuite.

Wonderful Stay- Memorable Family Vacation

Our stay was amazing! The views and location of this property is what we wanted! Property was clean, lots of rooms for everyone sleep in. The best part it was right by the beach and it was just a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be visiting beautiful Destin once again!

Beautiful accommodations

We thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations and would stay here again. There were some minor issues, but the maintenance team and company took care of them immediately. Location is fantastically close to everything and the beach superb.

Great location! Spacious unit!

My husband and I just needed a couple weeks away from the cold. Our stay was fantastic. Loved having happy hour and the sunset each evening right across the street. Our adult children came for a visit too - plenty of privacy. Would definitely stay again.

Quality time 2025

Spacious home with everything we needed for a large family. The unit is really close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. The balcony is spacious and safe for young children. I haven’t stayed in a vacation home with a more equipped kitchen. Plenty of dishes and big enough for multiple people to be working at the same time.

Amazing

We chose this place due to the close location to the beach. It was truly steps from the sand. We loved everything about our stay. Comfy beds, large living/kitchen area with a wonderful view of the water from the huge balcony. We will definitely be back next year!

Beach stay

Checkin was easy. Condo super clean. Even had beach chair/ sand toys! Bed was firm, but cozy. PERFECT location! Love that it was pet friendly too. Cannot wait to go back!

Great property .. the only thing that was difficult for us was the sofa/couch in the den. Very low to the ground. It you are short, it’s perfect!! lol. Otherwise kind of hard to get out of. We loved the balcony view and the beautiful weather in October
