Overall a nice place, but a few issues

The check in and check out process was easy. They provided a few basic supplies, but you will need to buy more if you plan to stay for more than 3 days. There was black mold in the downstairs shower and the paint was mismatched around the house which was disappointing given the cost.

Great location, enjoyed the stay.

The listing and photos described the property accurately. Easy walk to the beach. Community pool / hot tub were also nice. We would stay again. We enjoyed the main floor living area because of the kitchen. Loved how the sliding glass doors really opened up the floorplan. We had to prepare several meals, so this fitted our needs perfectly and made our kids feel like home. Bed comfort was not the best. Bottom floor bathroom vanities are below avg. The 2 additional full baths and 1 half bath were excellent. Bunk bed room, the ceiling fan did not work. Overall, very minor issues. Excellent stay

Very Nice Place

listing says 4 baths and there are really 31/2 and bunk bed room does not have a door. Otherwise nice and less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Close to Wynn Dixie and Oyster Bar was good.

Enjoyable Stay

Overall the property was nice. Location to the beach and stores was as expected and found the community pool to be very nice. We did have a lot of family staying, and while it worked, there are a few things to be aware of if a large group. Dining area is a 4 chaired table, so no big group dinners. Kitchen is not stocked with large pots, etc so making meals for a group required some planning/effort. The second floor A/C struggled at time to keep cool when cooking and people are gathered. The couple occasions we had to contact the management company went well, very responsive. (Insider tip: walk to the oyster bar next door to Winn-Dixie, nice escape with very fresh oysters)

Family Vacation

Location, location, location. This property was within walking distance to the beach and the property swimming pool. It was also close to Winn Dixie and the outlet mall. We loved the location. The house was ideal for our family to f 12. It was a little outdated and needed some minor work but it is a rental property. The pool was a nice size but had some weeds around it that should have been taken care of by the HOA.

We loved the house and the location! A beauty of Tuscan aesthetic nestled in a gated community.

The communication was amazing, location perfect, and the house was just as listed. If you’re hot natured, bring a fan for your room :) Other than that I highly recommend!

Fabulous space

This rental property is beautiful and spacious. Love the kitchen being on the second floor and love the patio space on each level. Close to the beach and the community pool was great. Our family had the best time.

Beautiful property and great location

The property was amazing but the humidity is so bad the house is too hot! You can only turn the AC down to 72 so that makes it bad! Just bring fans but it’s hard to fly with fans! Other than that it’s a great place!

Perfect home for my families spring break.

Perfect home for my families spring break trip. The location of the home is great. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The home has everything you need for your stay. From kitchen utensils, the beach wagon, an outdoor shower from when you come back from the beach the house has everything you would need. They even had a kid security gate that we were able to put up. This was great because I have a toddler and it kept him safe while we were there. The only bad things I have to say is there wasn’t an outside patio table. It would’ve been nice to eat outside on the patio. Also it takes the property management company a long time to answer the phone. Other than that this is a great home and I would stay again in the future.

5 Days in January

The location of the property was great, we had an event in Sandestin and it very easy to pop back and forth. Beach access was easy (lot of stairs- so if you have a stroller be prepared). The house was nice and overall a good place to stay. Had a little trouble checking in- the original email failed to get to us so we had to call the after hours line to get the door code. They were very helpful in getting it to us but if you don't see the code before 5CST call so you do not have to do the after hours line. Per the person we talked to this happens every so often. Property manager responsive. Property shows a little wear as a rental but this is to be expected. Overall the house was good and worked for what we needed it for.

Vadner Christmas Vacation 2020

Perfect layout for a great vacation at the beach short walk to see the sunrise and walking on the beach. This vacation was our first at Christmas time and because of this great experience this will be our new Christmas tradition...
