The convenient kitchenette makes it a breeze to prepare coffee and snacks, and the view from the picture windows extends all the way to Choctawhatchee Bay. Located just 250 yards from fabulous white sand beaches, Luau boasts amazing all-season amenities including a fitness center, hot tub, and 4,000-square-foot lagoon pool. Watch the sunset from the rooftop deck. Kick back on a sleeper sofa in the living area and watch favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The kitchenette is outfitted with a mini-fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Dine at the table for two. The construction on the site was not bad at all barely heard the workers. The only problem I had was they put a blue film over the window to where I could not see out the window, no view of the outside.

Spring Work/Play at the Beach

The property is older and could use some updates. Pool area with falls, however, is beautiful. Construction on the building next door made for a fair amount of noise during our stay and all the different (and lengthy) door/gate codes were a bit of a challenge. A short cut to the beach that doesn't involve walking all the way around the Hilton property would be nice.

Clean and secure room

The property was secure and clean. It was also quiet which I really appreciated. The room had all the basics, dishes, utensils, wine and beer opening, coffee maker, toaster and dish washing detergent.
