The open floor plan of this rental unit allows for panoramic views of the Florida gulf waters and a semi-private garden area with swaying palm trees just perfect for entertaining.

The living space provides not only a cozy entertainment area, but provides extra queen sleeping arrangements with the pull out sofa. In addition, the kitchen is fully outfitted with every utensil you’ll need.

Let the soothing cadence of the ocean waves lull you to sleep just outside the sliding glass doors of the master bedroom. In addition to a luxurious king bed, the en suite has an oversized soaking tub and shower. Greet each new day outside on the quaint patio that adjoins your room.

The guest bedroom also provides a king bed with direct access to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There are three smart TV’s in this unit, so no one will miss their favorite shows. Great relaxing exclusive feeling condo!

The place was nice and relaxing. Plenty of space for three people. The back yard looks and feels amazing to be in. There is not direct access to the beach from the back yard but access to the beach is still quick and easy from this room. Highly recommend this room.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was wonderful. Our condo was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked which was wonderful for a meal cooked in, very nice bath with great water pressure, absolutely beautiful decor, plenty of seating for our family of 6. The patio and view were also really nice and will be even nicer when construction is final outside of the patio. We saw zero updates or upgrades needed. It was simply perfect.

Great stay

We had a great time. The condo was really clean, had everything you could want to cook with, and was a comfortable and relaxing space to be. There was a great view of the beach from the condo and it is located right by the parking garage so the walk is minimal, and was close to the beach access. They even had umbrellas and chairs for us to use at the beach with sand toys for kids. We would stay there again 10 out of 10 times.

Summer Vacation

All was wonderful and great condo! Loved not dealing with an elevator but this meant losing your beach view. You can still see ocean but we are accustomed to being on a higher floor seeing it all. We did not get in our car once as the golf cart was so much fun going over to the village for shopping and dining.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was very clean, and updated. Ground floor level was perfect for us. Only drawback was the entry is located at the loading area , and the trash bin area. The area is awesome with more than enough activity and restaurants nearby. Bayside Wharf is an excellent place to go with or without kids.

Sandestin beachfront condo

The unit we stayed in was a great location; however, I don’t believe the condo was cleaned between guests. Food was found from prior guests in the cabinets. Food was also found underneath the beds as weep as tons of dust. The biggest issue with the unit besides the above was roaches, both dead and alive. We killed about 10 large roaches a days in the unit. Roach spray was present under the sink so I believe the owners must know they have a roach problem. I would not stay in this unit again.

Living with cockroaches!

First: why did you not inform me of construction outside of patio and walk to pool. Paint everywhere and workman walking by window of bedroom ALL day. Condo very dated and signs of a very long time of use (mold around bath tubs.) Cockroaches!!!! My most concern was the construction and not being advised! Shame on you!

Beautiful scenery. Terrible bugs

Dish washer leaked and smelt very bad. Roaches was running in the kitchen especially at night.. i am allergic to bug spray so I didn’t call to have pesticides sprayed. Garbage disposal backed up in the sink! Horrible!! Front bedroom did not have any lights that worked. Slide door In master bedroom did not lock. Patio had cigarette butts on the ground .. master tiolet would not flush.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I phoned to speak to a rental specialist directly from the website. The information I received was very inaccurate. We knew the pool was under renovation, which is why I phoned, but she did not say the building was also under repair. I was informed by the agent that we would be able to use the pool at Beachside number one. Once we arrived and inquired about the code to enter the pool area, I was informed that we could not use the pool because it was a completely different HOA. The rep was very impersonal. Additionally, our balcony was Closed Off due to building repairs. Basically, we paid for a glorified hotel room, not a resort condo. The pool that was available was nearly a mile away. The condo itself was outdated. Not even a decent wine glass. Poor experience and we will not be returning. This was not about price. I’d have paid five times more to have a relaxing balcony and a heated pool nearby.

We just spent a week at this 2-bedroom condo, and it was absolutely perfect. The walk-out to the beach made every morning feel like paradise, and the ocean views from the living room and bedroom were unforgettable. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the patio with coffee in the mornings and watching the sunset at night. Having use of the golf cart made it so easy to get to amazing restaurants and explore all the beautiful sights nearby. It was the perfect getaway for me and my girlfriend — we didn’t want to leave!
