Sit back on the spacious balcony and take in unparalleled views morning, noon and night. This popular 2BR/ 2BA condo, has a spectacular view of the from the master bedroom, family room, dining area and kitchen. With two spacious bedrooms and a living room sleeper sofa, sleeps up to six people comfortably. Pet fee 100.00 per pet. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional long-term pet fee of $150 is required. Max 2 dogs up to 45 lbs. each - No Cats.

Communication with the property management, Dreams, was very good. Unit was very clean, and the location and view can’t be beat! It would’ve been ranked a 5 Star, however the unit does need renovation/upgrading in the bathrooms. Mattresses need to be addressed as they are not firm and you will sink into them. If that’s the way you like to sleep, you’re good! All that said, it would be a possible choice to revisit due to view and location if I was unable to find a more updated unit at a comparable price.

A Nice Time

Our second time at this property third at Maravilla. Its a great location dog accommodating. The condo is great spot we will be back. Everything worked, fridge, stove etc. It could use a bit of TLC. It would get a 5 if not for the construction going on to be honest. I did replace one of the microwave lights as noted last year they did not work. Also the master batch toilet flap inside the tank is leaking running water ever so often.

Condo was as expected / property mgr communication and listing accuracy below expectations

I booked my November 2024 stay in April 2024. I have stayed at Maravilla previously so appreciate the view and convenience to the beach, as well as the fact I can bring my dog. The condo itself was as expected. The VRBO listing said my costs were fully refundable up to a certain date, but the property mgr sent a separate contract that same day citing a (previously undisclosed) $300 nonrefundable charge. Also, I was not proactively informed by the property mgr that Maravilla subsequently decided to do major renovation impacting noise level and cleanliness of walkways/elevator during my stay. Please update the VRBO listing to disclose the nonrefundable charge and communicate proactively in the future with your guests if the property circumstances change which impact their stay.

Awesome ocean views

This was our second stay at Maravilla and we loved it even more this time because of the balcony views of the ocean. The condo was comfortable and we had everything that was needed for our stay. We will definitely be back!

Spring Break Stay

Perfect location. Short walk to the beach. Comfortable beach chairs with umbrella provided for us made enjoying the beach a breeze. We had the most beautiful morning on the balcony drinking coffee watching dolphins in the distance fish for their breakfast. Every night we had tranquil sleep. Bedding was very comfortable. Would definitely love to stay again.

Unit was exactly as pictured in the listing. Great location. View was gorgeous, although there is a few trees and powerlines, but we looked right past that. Loved being able to bring our small dog and always enjoy the walking path right outaide the unit. Would stay again.

Great location cool with dogs

Overall as expected facility is great spot for us with our two dogs. Condo could use a deep clean. Microwave light replaced and garbage disposal gasket added need to be addressed. We are thankful for allowing our dogs we work hard to clean up after them.

Vacation!

Check in process was great! The condo was beautiful and eqipped with everything needed. Grocery store nearby the beach views were stunning. Saw dolphins everyday, swam in the heated pool and enjoyed the hot tub. I love marivella and will definitely come back this was the perfect girls getaway

Perfect trip

Property was very clean and quiet. Pet area had bags. Property had plenty of garbage dumpsters but lacked garbage cans. The room had great ac and fridge cooled down fast. That’s a plus in my book.

Amazing place to stay

We have been staying at maravilla for years and this unit was amazing. Very nice and clean. Has everything you could want and need for your stay. Best part is the view from this unit. View is great from anywhere, bedroom, Living room, kitchen. Everywhere you have a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. It was great. Will most definitely be back to stay here again.

Wonderful View!

View was wonderful!!! We loved that the chairs on balcony were tall enough so our view was not obstructed! However, the balcony table needs replaced due to rust & peeling paint. Kitchen, living room & bedrooms were exactly as pictured. Kitchen was well stocked. Mattress in master bedroom was very comfortable, as was the living room furniture! Both bathrooms are in need of updates. We appreciated the keyless entry! We would definitely stay in this condo again!
