There were quite a few maintenance problems. From poor to no lighting, to washing machine smells, to slow to no wifi at times, to poor cooling with the air conditioning. The unit was nice and clean and the photos were accurate. I feel if I would have stayed in contact with property management my issues would have been resolved, but didn't feel like the hassle while on vacation.

July 4th stay

One of the room has the AC unit inside that was so loud that we couldn't sleep in it. We had to sleep in the sofa. So, it made that we only resetve 2 bedrooms instead of 3 bedrooms. Plus, only 1 car can park inside the condo area. Everything else has to park outside with pay and it's a 10 mins walk to the condo which is so inconvenient. Not recommended for any renters

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a very close walk to the beach and the condo itself was really well stocked. One thing that does always bother me is when rentals don’t have proper blankets. I know we are in Florida. But the blankets were very thin. Also, the security on site is something else. Like, a little to intense. They don’t let anyone under 18 in the hot tub, even with an adult with them and it is strictly enforced. My kids love the hot tub. So this was a little frustrating. Over all though, this is a wonderful rental. I’d recommend it and I’d stay again.
