Great Location!!

The location of this condo it’s great. You’re literally staying at the village, which is typically called a strip with all the shops and little restaurants are and you’re a golf cart ride from the beach and the local grocery store. Once you park your vehicle you will not have to move again. This is a great location And the condo is right by the pool.

Fun beach trip

We love this location! It was just steps to the pool and a close walk to shops and restaurants. we parked our car upon arriving at this property and didn’t get back in it until check out day. So much to see and do. Great place for families with kids.

We loved everything about this condo! Very clean and accommodating. So close to the pool and just a short walk to dining and entertainment! Very short drive to the beach. We have 2 kids (9 & 7) and they both enjoyed this condo! Thank you for the ease in renting this property!

So charming, we really loved this condo. Loved the walk-out patio, just steps to the pool area. Big bathroom with two separate showers made getting ready quicker for the family. They also provided beach chairs, umbrella, and a small cooler perfect for taking to the beach. Gorgeous setting, very convenient, we will be coming back!

Awesome!

The unit was clean, up to date, safe, comfy. Pool was great and was an easy walk. Restaurants were plentiful and nearby. We'd book it again without hesitation. The only negative were 1.) the beach shuttle was not fast and the beach itself was super crowded, 2.) the small bedroom had little to no air flow from the a/c --- a ceiling fan would help, and 3.) the back door handle needs attentions. If you're planning and spending a lot of time on the beach, you'll want to consider driving to a less crowded one. Again, great unit and great experience!

Great stay but some issues

This is a great location especially for families and groups of friends. I had to clean the room over again because there was hair in the sink and in the shower. Also the fire alarm went off randomly at 1am and looked like it was tampered with. Loved the place but I don’t think I should have to pay a cleaning fee since I cleaned the room upon entry.

The place was clean and in a great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. There was a free tram to the beach. The app made it easy to check in and out and had good info about the area.

Great place for the price

Condo was clean and well kept. Great location to the pool and Baytown wharf. Only problem was that we were not able to use the garage code for the private garage. I sent an email about it and spoke to someone in person but it was never resolved. We were able to find parking in the main garage but there were nights when it was pretty full.
