    At this time, the building is undergoing balcony waterproofing and painting. This work may require the vendor to access the unit. The project is scheduled to take place until the end of 2026. Dates may change due to weather delays.



    This Emerald Coast rental is recently updated and has a great, beachy feel to the decor and offers a well- appointed kitchen and open layout. Property is old and run down. The TV in the bedroom was literally the smallest tv I’ve ever seen. The view from the balcony is wall of buildings. For the price we expected something a lot nicer. There is no furniture inside to sit on except a dilapidated couch. The beds were terrible, we left early because we didn’t want to spend another night sleeping on the beds. Way nicer places to stay in than this place. I regret booking it and wasting our money
