Welcome to The Crescent at Miramar 202 where luxury living is just the beginning at this Destin landmark! The crescent-shaped resort is nestled on the shimmering sands of the Gulf of Mexico and affords every convenience. This owner has spared no expense in making sure you have everything you need right down to the smallest detail. The huge Gulf front balcony overlooks the pool and offers ample seating for everyone.  The open floor plan is great for entertaining and the convenient location of this resort means you are just minutes to shopping, dining, and all the areas entertainment venues. For larger groups, this home can be rented along with #206 and #213. The unit also comes with special features, the kitchen has a Keurig and regular brew style coffee pot, and there are safety locks.

We have also partnered with Live Well 30A to give our guests discounted beach gear rentals & concierge services, such as bike rentals, private chefs, fishing charters, golf cart rentals, and airport shuttles. Please reach out to our office to get your discount.

Wonderful trip for me and my kiddos!

This was the first time staying at the Crescent -I took a little mom getaway with just me and my three children - we thoroughly enjoyed it!! I felt super safe also since it is a gated parking area, etc. This really was the best unit and so homey/cozy - we will be back!

Good To Go!

Grounds and pool were exceptional. Room was great. Some minor disrepair in the home - leaky faucets, leading to low water pressure in MBR Shower and tub. Staff were engaged and very mindful of security. Highly recommend staying.

This condo has great proximity to the beach and good views from the balcony. The only two things that disappointed us were that the second bedroom was not attached to the second bathroom and the second bedroom did not have a closet.

Rest and recovery

The unit was pretty but over crowded with stuff. It was in need of a good cleaning and PLEASE GET RID OF THE FILTHY THROW RUGS OR REPLACE THEM. The listing stated it is a 2 bedroom but the second room is really a big closet with bunks. Washer was a pain to use and needs to be replaced before it floods the unit and the neighbors. We haven't been to the beach in decades but even with the issues we enjoyed it. It's a small complex which makes it feel more like being at home. Most of the folks we met have been coming for many years. The staff here are Extremely nice, helpful and friendly. The issues in this unit are an easy fix. The staff of Blue Swell are also very helpful and friendly.

Nice property, great location

Great family spring break location. Although the week we were there it was packed with a high school group that took over the pool area, played loud music well into the night and weren't respectful towards other families staying at the condo.

Perfect!!!

This condo was amazing! It is in perfect location. My husband and our teenage kids stayed here for a few days while visiting Destin. Everything is close by and this condo is adorable! Well worth it! I highly recommend this rental!!!!

Great location and relaxing stay! Like your own home at the beach.

Property is situated right on the beach and has a great pool area as well. Easy access to everything (Shopping, Food and Sites). Great for families and couples just wanting to get away from the traditional overcrowded locations. Will be back again!

Destin too crowded

We have been going to the Crescent for years. This time around was very different with the crowded beaches, not able to check in until 6:30pm and the condos are old and tired for the price they charge you. Note to self: never fly into or out of VPS airport. Its the most crowded airport I’ve ever seen for it’s small size

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My husband and I and our teenage kids came down for Mother’s Day weekend. The condo was beautiful, very comfortable, and just steps from the beach. We rented chairs on the beach and enjoyed snacks and drinks from the Surf Hut next door. Close to great dining without being in the super-crowded areas. Ideal location!

Great location for family getaway on the beach

We enjoyed this beach location. It has a relaxed environment and is especially great for families. The condo has a splendid view of the ocean and the pool and is conveniently located near a grocery store (Winn-Dixie), some restaurants and an outdoor outlet mall. The condo looks as great as it does in the pictures! We all were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
