Located within the gates of Sandestin® Golf & Beach Resort this 848 square foot condominium in Observation Point South (same building as Another Broken Egg Cafe) is just steps away from all the action in the Village of Baytowne Wharf. Also only a 2-3 minute walk to the Baytowne Conference Center & Sandestin's® now open Hotel Effie. PLEASE NOTE THIS UNIT IS PART OF THE GATEWAY CONDO ASSOCATION WHICH DOES NOT CHARGE FOR PARKING. THE GRAND SANDESTIN COMPLEX IN JANUARY 2023 BEGAN ASSESSING EACH OWNER A FEE FOR PARKING OF WHICH MANY ARE PASSING THAT FEE ALONG TO THEIR RENTAL GUESTS. Condo is equipped with lighting fast fiber optic WiFi. INQUIRE ABOUT THE GOLF CART. 43' High Definition Smart TV in the den w/65 HD channels, Showtime, HBO along with an upgraded sports package. Master Bedroom has 26' flat screen TV and is one of the largest 1 bedroom floor plans in the village. This is a great condo for a Sandestin® conference or a snowbird condo rental. THIS UNIT PARTICIPATES IN THE RESORT SHUTTLE/TRAM SERVICE.
