    Una estancia en Mediterranea es como mecerse en una hamaca debajo de una palmera, sin preocupaciones y tan relajante. Todo lo que necesita para sentirse cómodo y disfrutar realmente una vacaciones en la playa de Destin está aquí.

    Una palmera adorable y tema náutico con toques de acabados de imitación muestran atención a cada espacio y se lleva a cabo a través del plan de piso abierto y cada dormitorio.

    Tres balcones tienen vistas al verde césped inmaculado, la terraza de la piscina, un mirador perfecto para tomar fotografías y por supuesto el siempre emocionante Golfo de México. Además, las mejoras como los mostradores de granito, un enorme baño principal con bañera de hidromasaje harán que su escapada a Destin sea muy especial.

    Arquitectura de herradura distintivo de Mediterranea, sus excelentes instalaciones y por supuesto, su cercanía a la playa y restaurantes han mantenido los visitantes que vuelven una y otra vez. Todos los balcones en 314 ver el Golfo y la amplia terraza de la piscina con bañera de hidromasaje. Un montón de sillas para tomar el sol están en el centro del césped inmaculado. Otras comodidades incluyen pistas de tenis, un gimnasio, una casa club, aparcamiento subterráneo y casi 500 pies de vistas despejadas y acceso a la playa escriturada.
    Durante las vacaciones de primavera y verano, este condominio requiere una estancia de 7 noches, de sábado a sábado. El resto del tiempo hay un mínimo de 3 noches.

The property manager responded quickly to any needs we had during our stay. The view was great, accommodations were nice and clean. Would stay there again.

Beautiful view of the Gulf

Typically I don’t write reviews but I felt I needed to on this one. First, the view of the gulf was amazing, the condo itself was not up to the standards of how much we paid to stay there. The unit had throw rugs throughout the place which were old and dirty. The faucets were very old had little water pressure, the coffee maker lid was broken, the tv’s were very small, the outdoor furniture was old and the indoor furniture had stains and the main bed in the bedroom was very uncomfortable. I would have asked for my money back the moment we checked in but it was non-refundable. The Mediterranean is a beautiful complex and I am sure there are beautiful updated condos throughout but this one needs work or a good thousand dollars off for the week. I have spent less at other places that were in much better condition.

Awesome Condo with great Gulf Views!

We loved our condo in Mediterranea! It’s absolutely beautiful, in a great location and has great amenities (beautiful pool, hot tub, private beach access). We loved it!!

Relaxing week at Mediterranea

The condo was spacious for my husband and I and our two teen sons. Great views, close to beach and pool, easy walk to beach and walking/bike path. Kitchen was accommodating, beds were comfortable, ample storage and very clean. Our only recommendation is to invest in some room darkening shades for master bedroom, the boys room was dark but ours was pretty bright at 6:30/7am and we did want to do some sleeping in on our vacation. Overall I highly recommend this condo for a vacation stay.

Great condo with easy beach access and fantastic, family friendly pool

This is a great family friendly property. Easy beach access, great pool, decent tennis court, close to 2 state parks, restaurants and downtown Destin. My only complaint is there is a lot of traffic on Hwy 98 which runs between the condo and beach. We would stay here again.

March 2018 Stay

Condo 314E was a nice condo and a great location. The beach chair service that is included is a great addition! We have stayed in several throughout the Mediterranea complex throughout the past few years. The couches in this condo could use an update or a cleaning. Also this was the first year a security guard was on duty around the complex/ pool area. I would have thought this was a great addition until each day when your children forget an item down at the pool area (flip flops, or shirt, or yeti or boggie boards) the items disappeared by AM! In the past items were always put beside the trashcans. Disappointing for such a friendly complex!

Very nice!

Wonderful condo and Newman Daily Company was great to work with. Condo was very clean and had an amazing view. Only suggestion is to not use the sofa bed. Very worn and not comfortable at all. Other than that it is a great rental!
