Located 2 short blocks from Pompano Joes Public Beach Access which has a large parking lot for vehicles and golf carts plus a nice bathroom, outdoor showers and restaurant.

These are luxury brand new homes so we do NOT rent to school groups or chaperoned groups! You must be 25 or older.

This brand new 9 bedroom, 8.5 bath Miramar Beach Masterpiece is the perfect place if you want to relax and create an unforgettable family vacation. Beautiful home in a great area. Bonus points for the house shading the pool the majority of the afternoon! Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Everything we needed in the kitchen…highly recommend

The house was plenty big enough for my group. We have stayed in many houses in the area but this was the best because everything seemed to be well thought out. The pool was ample size along with a nice hot tub. A repair was needed while we were there and the maintenance was very fast and efficient. I enjoyed the privacy fencing and no hassle neighborhood. My only tip would be that the televisions were a little larger than they were. I really enjoyed the independent cooling systems for the different floors.

We just got back from an incredible trip to Destin, and I can’t say enough good things about this house! It was absolutely perfect for our large group—plenty of space for everyone to spread out, but also great communal areas where we could all hang out together.The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we could’ve asked for—from a well-equipped kitchen. Every little detail felt thoughtfully considered.The location was ideal—just a short walk or drive to the beach, and close to restaurants, shops, and all the fun Destin has to offer. We spent our days soaking up the sun, grilling in the backyard, and relaxing in the spacious living areas at night.This house truly made our trip special. If you’re traveling with a big group and want a place that feels like home (but better), this is it. We’re already talking about coming back next year!

We had 17 stay at this house. We had plenty of room with some to spare. The on site pool was great. Communication with the owners was good. Easy access to everything. I don’t think it took us more than 20 with traffic to get to any destination. We had a wonderful time! We would recommend this property for large groups!

Property was as advertised and plenty big enough for our large family gathering. Only complaint I would have is hot tub comes on from 6pm to11pm but is not very hot at all. Overall a great experience!!

Easy to get ahold of with any and all questions, loved having the golf cart included! Only thing we would have changed would be heating the hot tub all day so it was more of a hot tub and not just an addition to the pool! Would 100% stay here again! 10/10

We had a great time. The house was large enough to accommodate every one comfortably. Just a couple of minor issues, but addressed right away. Sunny and Cobian were very responsive with any questions I had. Always responded within a few minutes. The pool was really nice to have at the end of a long beach day. Overall, a great house for a large family vacation. We will be staying here again in the future.

The house itself was nice. We were really disappointed with the hot tub. We were looking forward to getting in the hot tub after a very long drive. When we arrived, the hot tub was not heated. We paid extra to heat the pool and hot tub but the hot tub was more like bath water for my young grandkids rather than a hot tub. Hot tubs are meant to be hot and you are red when you get out. I had to call a few times to get the hot tub checked as it was not hot, it still never got hot enough. This was our biggest disappointment. Also the grill was so dirty and disgusting we couldn't use it. The beach chairs were covered in mildew and stunk. We couldn't use these either. There were not enough wash clothes for everyone in the house either. The house sleeps 31 people. We only had 16 and there still were not enough. Ive been to many houses before and have had better communication with those owners prior to our trips and felt more welcomed. . The golf cart is included, but nowhere in tje booking does it tell you in order to use it you have to fill out a gorm with your insurance information, drivers licenses amd putting a credit card on file. This should be told up front. There was bearly enough parking for our 3 SUVs, im not sure how they expect 6 cars to fit in that small parking area. We also had to clean up dog poop in the back yard. It was a nice short walk to the beach and there were a lot of things to do nearby. The house fit everyone nicely though
