Enjoy one of the best kept secrets in the Resort's Village at Baytowne Wharf! Our 3BR-3BA Pilot House condo features 1,413 square feet of well-designed living space. With an open floor plan and balcony access, the main living area is a comfortable family gathering place. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal, and there is a stackable washer/dryer in the unit.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed with adjoining primary bath. The guest room features a twin over twin bunk bed, perfect for kids. There is a full size hall bath across from the bunk bedroom. There is a queen bed located in the adjoining studio with kitchenette and private full size bath. There are (2) sleeper sofas in the condo, one queen size in the living room and another queen size in the adjoining studio with the queen bed.

The Pilot House tropical swimming pool complex is perhaps the most spectacular on the Resort! There is a kiddie pool, hot tub, cold tub, grill area, play yard, picnic area, and fitness center located just a few steps away!

The Pilot House is located at the Village of Baytowne Wharf. The village is the hub for dining establishments, boutique shopping, live entertainment, a playground, zip line and more at the Resort. There are also events in the common area including concerts, movies on the lawn and weekly fireworks.

NOTE: Please add the following to the nightly rate: Cleaning $250, Processing Fee and Damage Waiver $210, Transportation fee $11/night, Tax 12%. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Wonderful

It was the most relaxing and peaceful vacation ever. My parents cannot wait to go back! They said they rather this over a cruise and every other vacation they have ever been on. If you thinking of Sandestin Baytowne definitely do it!
