The beach access for this home is the Sandestin® Beach Access located at the Beach House restaurant 1.9 miles from the home.

The first floor boasts a beautiful walk-out patio with a view of one of "The Links" golf course holes and a great view of the gulf! The kitchen offers new stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and an 8 person dining table. The living room offers a large flat screen TV with a high-definition with streaming services. NEW premium furnishings, a bunk bed, 2 king beds, and a queen bed all equipped with resort style linens for maximum comfort! The perfect coastal vibe, to truly bring home the beach vacation feeling only Sandestin can offer!
One bedroom and full bath is located on the first floor, complete with its own flat-screen TV and queen-size bed. The bathroom offers granite counter-tops, and a large walk-in shower. As well as a laundry room with a high efficiency washer and dryer!
The second floor holds two bedrooms, both equipped with flat-screen televisions for your enjoyment. The first bedroom has a queen bed with a bunk bed as well.
