Whether you're looking to explore or unwind, everything you need is right here.

Perfectly positioned on one of the Resort's scenic lakes, our villa offers unbeatable views and fishing right outside your back door. Sit on the patio or in the backyard while you watch turtles swim to shore, boats cruise along the bay, and golfers play the nearby Linkside Golf Course. At night, kick back on the patio and enjoy fireworks from Baytowne Wharf or the beach lighting up the sky. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower before heading inside to relax.

Inside, our spacious villa features a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and a cozy living area with large windows, a Smart TV, and a fireplace — perfect for cooler evenings. Whether you’re preparing meals indoors or grilling outside, both dining spaces offer plenty of room to gather. A screened-in porch provides a peaceful retreat to enjoy the Florida breeze, while the private patio invites you to dine, unwind, and take in the view. Rainy day? No problem! The unit includes a selection of games and cards to keep the fun going indoors.

Convenience is key at 769 Sandpiper Place, with keyless check-in and a brand-new washer and dryer located in the hallway. You’ll also find a beach closet stocked with complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella for use during your stay. Walk the 1.5 miles to the beach, hop on the resort tram, or cruise in your complimentary 6-seater golf cart. After a long day of sun and sand, head to one of the two resort pools, explore the shops and boutiques at Grand Boulevard, or grab groceries at the local Publix — all just a short ride away!

Amazing place!!

We had a wonderful quick getaway to Miramar Beach, and this cottage at the Sandestin Resort was just what we were looking for. The location was ideal, and everything was spotless. Our friends and family had a great time and we’d absolutely recommend this lovely place.
