"Quite dated, needs refresh"

"Property was nice and clean. Enjoyed our stay."

"Beautiful outlook and neat and clean. Very quiet and peaceful."

"Room was clean , location and staff were great but room needed maintenance, step out of shower you think you will go through the floor. Water pooling floor rotten. Kitchen doors /draws were water damage and swollen. A/C small only good for one room and I was in a three bedroom. Hot days was very hot. Range hood was damaged and door shelving missing in fridge door. Curtains not block out and old dirty kitchen table had chips and scratches. Presention is very important and dealing with...

"Beautiful property with helpful staff. We should have stayed longer."

"Super friendly staff! Good room for the price"

"The room was great! It was comfortable and so clean. It was just across the road from the ocean and great walking/running paths. Eateries were within walking distance, and you could easily walk to the CBD. Once you worked out how to use the lock, it was super convenient and you didn't have to worry about locking yourself out or losing keys. Through no fault of their own, the check-in process for me was difficult, and without a front desk at the motel, I was worried I wouldn't be able to...

"Very understanding and supportive of a hard situation we were in. Cannot thank them enough. Recommended highly"

"This is such a unique and special property. From the natural surroundings that provide complete privacy to the stunning villa and all the beautiful inclusions. The special touches need to be experienced to be appreciated. The villa was clean and all soft furnishings and the furniture itself looked almost brand new. Everyone was there for the enjoyment of the guest including kitchen items a gas bbq and basic food items. We loved the fireplace that was all set up for us but if guests prefer...

"A good size suite with a lovely balcony view. Very well located & excellent undercover parking. The restaurant is currently closed but there are good options to eat very nearby."

"Me and my partner loved it . It was very, very quiet and only about ten minutes from Batemans Bay. We had the quiet and the buzz of the city not far away. The views were magnificent."

"The tiny cabin accommodation was perfect for our needs. It was clean, had everything we needed and priced right. Amenities were close by and waking up to birds, the sound of the beach and a family of Kangaroos was a nice touch during breakfast."

"The cabins were exceptionally clean. We had a lovely bright sunny cabin but unfortunately the spigot on the shower tap was broken, the owner sent maintenance to us within 5 minutes. A lovely polite young man. Unfortunately the tap could not be fixed so they moved us into a beautiful cabin which was bigger than the one we booked. Could not have asked for more. The whole park including the laundry were exceptionally clean and a big thank you to the young maintenance man. He was a gem"
