    Please note that because this is a duplex, you may occasionally hear guests in the other unit. We do our best to suppress any noise that travels from one unit to another, but we wanted to make you aware as you make your booking decision!

    Enter through the front or rear door and check yourself in with our Schlage keypad (code will be given prior to self check-in).

    No smoking is allowed in the home or on the premises. A $500 fee will be applied if there is evidence of smoking during the stay.

    Free street parking is readily available. If needed, feel free to park in the private parking spots in the back off the alley.

The property is in a nice residential neighborhood with great access to the park and a short drive to downtown and the airport. The house was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the shower was very good, and communication with the host was excellent. All in all, a great VRBO experience.

This is our go to place in Minneapolis. Our stay(s) could not have been better. The location is outstanding & the apartment very comfortable, Andrew is a very accommodating host…….We most definitely will come back

This place was perfect for our short trip. The host was very responsive and the place was as described. We work with several dog rescue groups and assist with transport and I believe we have found the perfect place for future stays.

This was a great location for walking and all the twin cities has to offer. Host was in contact throughout the reservation process and checked in while we were there to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. Very quiet and clean place. Would 100% recommend and would reserve again when my son comes back on leave again. Thank you

We always stay here when we stay in the cities, Nice, Quiet place with Downtown being at most a 10-20 minute drive while maintaining a quieter neighborhood we couldn’t ask for a better place. The host is also very quick at answering and very helpful!
