    🔒Outdoor cameras are located at each entrance for the safety of our guests, property, and neighborhood!

    🍃We have air fresheners in each bathroom and living area on both levels. Guests are welcome to unplug them if wanted!

    👤No large gatherings or events allowed, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property! If house rules are broken we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.

    🚭No smoking inside the rental, or on the property, no smoking inside garage..There will be a $250 fee if smoking rules are violated and extra cleaning is required!!

    We are excited to have you experience our home and will make it the best stay as possible!

Lots of room

We were attending an event at the Xcode Energy Center & the location was wonderful. Living room/kitchen area was perfect for cooking meals and visiting. Pool table downstairs was wonderful to entertain the kids.

Great family home!

Very nicely updated, clean and comfortable home. The beds are memory foam and we all slept great! We even played some pool and air hockey in the lower level.

House Worked Well

This house worked well for the 7 of us; fun to vacation together, yet there were times when we all needed to go to our own spaces/rooms. The property owners were quick to respond to inquiries.

House was nice we had a great time check in was a little bad but after that it was good the internet kept going out besides that very thing was good.

Family Visit

We enjoyed the property. There was enough room for us (4 adults and 2 kids) with room leftover! It was conveniently located for us in the middle of family in multiple suburbs. The entire process from check-in to checkout was smooth! Thank you. We would pick the house again!

Great space

This house is very spacious with great light and vaulted ceilings. The pool table and air hockey in the basement were enjoyed by everyone.

大人3人と、子ども6人で５泊滞在しました。 広いアイランドキッチンで食事を作りましたが、食卓が狭くて、人数分のイスがありません。 寝室は４つ、バスルームが２つあり、充分でした。 ゲームルームはビリヤードとエアホッケー台があり、子どもたちは、毎日入れてつくさん遊びました。

Good place for kids

The pool table and air hockey was great for the 4 kiddos we had with us. And we were 20 minutes from wherever we were heading in the Twin Cities area, so that was nice. Neighborhood isn't the greatest, but it was fine. We appreciated having access to the garage.

Not what I was expecting

The hosts were great and very responsive but the neighborhood wasn’t the best area. The house was nice, but all the dishes were dirty and there was minimal kitchen equipment. Working stove, oven and microwave but only a few pots and pans. Some of the furniture was also fairly stained. Worked well enough for what we needed but I wouldn’t choose this location again unfortunately.

Definitely not haunted!

I frequent the twin cities a lot and this is the 1st property that i felt very at ease with. Usually most spots i rent have creepy basements or doors that makes weird noises. This is a new house and feels like it. Very comfortable feeling there. Loved the bed mattresses! 1st time i didn't miss my own bed. Only thing I would recommend is to have more seats downstairs and also the couch was broken in the main living room so we couldn't sit as a group to watch movies 😭😭. Other than that great place. I didn't see no ghost, so highly recommended 😁

Well Loved beautiful Home

This home was recently refinished and beautiful. All 8 of us were very comfortable in our rooms and the beds were also very comfy. It was lacking a few essentials for a larger group like ours and was in need of some deeper cleaning but I let the owners know privately of these concerns as it seems like they really want to please their guests. We had plenty of space for a group our size. If you plan on using the garage, you may want to check the heights. We planned on using this for our trailer but the garage was not tall enough. No fault of the owners, I should’ve checked that beforehand. As a side note, the neighborhood is a bit rough around the edges… just don’t expect a suburban neighborhood like I was for some reason. This is a city area. But in the end, we were safe, no one bothered us and it was pretty quiet. Thank you for offering your home to us, it was beautiful.
