The exterior of this property needs urgent attention. There are dead trees everywhere, weeds taller than me growing in all the landscape, trash throughout the parking lot. If i hadn't reserved site unseen, i would have driven away from this property as fast as i could.

Honestly pretty dingy- there was dust all over the coffee maker, no one came to clean, there were several bugs in our bathroom, breakfast had no protein options, and check in took forever even though there was just 1 person before us, and it seemed to be surrounded by dead trees. But my kid loved the pool and it was fine for a couple nights.

The room was adequate. Cleaning could have been done better. I.e if you pulled back a dresser or looked at the vents, you could see that it hadn’t been properly cleaned for some time. The pool had sand in the bottom of it, a light fixture that was in disrepair, and bugs in the water - likely from the windows that had been left open.

The exterior of the building and parking lot was terrible - looked like no maintenance all summer, dead trees/no mowing/overgrown bushes. There was a homeless man laying on the ground smoking a cigarette at the side entrance, closest to our room. NOT very welcoming environment. The room was clean, bed comfortable and quality AC. The breakfast was very sparce. Staff was cordial. I would not return to this place.

The room had a strong mold smell, the beds were very poorly made, the toilet was dirty, and the sink had a terrible leak. 2 out of the three staff was really good. Ran out of breakfast food by 8:00. The air conditioner made our room feel very humid, everything felt damp.

Room was damp and there was a fan in the bathroom but it did not work so our towels never dried. AC worked and was the only way for the room to feel less damp but made it cold. There were cobwebs in the room and the sofa had stains or some sort of gunk on it in several places. Staff was friendly but the first night we asked for addl pillows to use the sofa bed and they agreed but never came to bring them.

The stay started with the check-in and having to convince the clerk to use my wife's credit card for incidentals because I don't have a credit card. My wife was staying with me, and it was the same card we used to book the room. When we got to the room, it smelled musty, but we thought if we left the windows open, it would air out, assuming the room had not been used in a while. When we got back a few hours later, it still smelled. We went to turn the TV on and were unable to locate the remote for the TV. The next morning, when we showered, there was a distinct sewer smell in the room after we showered. As we were leaving to drop off the cards, we ran into a man in sweats and a flannel shirt. He approached us and asked if we were checking out. Apparently there is no dress code for the workers at this hotel.

While the room was clean, the bathroom needed quite a bit of work. The way chair was very dusty and old. Breakfast wasn't worth our time. The grounds were overgrown and the lot needed attention. The sign out front was unreadable. We thought, at first, that it was the previous chains facility.

The parking lot was covered in weeds and cracks in the asphalt…grass areas were overgrown with weeds as well. It looked like the hotel was not in business. Main sign out at the street was a torn piece of plastic no longer covering the sign of the previous hotel. Room was dated and worn with serious rust on the bathroom door hinges Breakfast at 7 am was non-existent and consisted of a few store bought doughnuts and three cereal choices and a gallon of milk. Very disappointed with our stay
