This newly renovated basement level unit is sure to create Memory-making experiences – like dining out within walking distance of restaurants nearby – are made even more convenient thanks to two transit stations located very close by as well as Walking distance to Concordia University! Free parking on and off street. PET FRIENDLY! Blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. This quaint basement level apartment has everything you need to make it your home away from home. A kitchen with all of the basic supplies you’ll need to have a home cooked meal. There is an open concept for the kitchen/dining/ living room area. A dining table that seats 4 and a cozy sitting area to enjoy your morning coffee. The couch pulls out into a bed if you need an extra sleeping area. Bathroom has a shower and everything you need to get squeaky clean. There is a washer and dryer for you to use during your stay which is shared with one other rental and is in a common area.

Loved our stay! The property was very close to all local amenities and was brand new. Very clean and cozy, comfortable king size bed, and full size kitchen appliances with everything we needed. Great central location. Newly remodelled and kitchen had supplies needed for cooking. Host was responsive in addressing minor issue with check-in. Overall, a good experience. Our two minor issues were most of the doors in the apartment and entrance stuck badly due to warping and/or out of square. Could use some shaving to resolve these issues. Back door off the bathroom to the common laundry just had a standard interior door handle. Should have a secondary lock of some sort similar to front door.

Stayed the weekend for the yacht festival. This place was very clean and had everything we needed. Comfy bed and plenty of room for the 2 of us. The host was responded so quickly to any question we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Great space in a wonderful neighborhood!

My husband, teenager (14) and puppy (15) stayed at this vrbo recently and we had a great time. The neighborhood was wonderful to walk around and we were close to anything that we could need; great restaurants, close to Minneapolis, little shops to discover of Selby. We liked having laundry access and the hosts were so responsive. During a hot day our air conditioning had issues and they came right away and it was fixed that day.

Great experience with a 5-star host

My husband and I booked this apartment for a 30-day stay and we were one of the first guests so everything was new, clean, and in great condition. Well stocked kitchen. Bed is very comfortable. Appliances are high-end including the washer dryer just outside the main door. The host for this property is amazing. Anything we needed was resolved in a day. Location is convenient -- close to Whole Foods, Kowalski's Grocery, and many restaurants. 10 minutes to the river trails and Minnehaha Falls. We always felt safe walking around the neighborhood. Both of us work remotely and the apartment didn't have room for two work spaces so I spent quite a bit of time at the college library across the street which is open to the community and a really nice campus. Because it's a lower level apartment, there is only one window and felt a little dark during the day, and the space is limited so if you have large suitcases or plan to stay for more than a long weekend, it can be tight.
