"We came to the area to visit family. This is the perfect place to stay with a family or large group. We enjoyed the porch where we saw many deer, a wild turkey, rabbits, a crane snd ut was so relaxing. The house is impeccably clean and theres lots of room. It's close to restaurants and we loved The139 restaurant not too far away. Theres a ping pong table and corn hole that the kids loved. The hit tub was the biggest hit. We will definitely be coming back. "

"Lovely place to stay! We were there for three nights. It’s a decidedly tiny place that’s ideally suited for one or two adults, but my wife and I and our two 6-year-old kids were quite comfortable in the space and quite pleased with the experience. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and having ponies and goats and turkeys just a stone’s throw from our front door was a fun addition."

"The property was just what we needed for our stay in Portsmouth. Close walk to the murals, antique stores and restaurants. Property was clean and loved the cabin like feel of the inside."

"The place was perfect very clean the owner was fast on replys. The house had eveything like hair dryer, shower soaps. Ironing board, toaster, paper towels, security lighting outside, snacks, there was literally everything u might forget to bring they even included local places to eat. Beds were clean n comfy. We went for trade days at fairgrounds but was too cold so we didnt stay so spent the weekend just relaxing n enjoying the quiet time. My grandkids loved the firepit makin smores. Only...

"We rented this wonderful place for my son and soon to be daughter-in-law to use to get ready for their wedding at the historical train depot in Wellston Ohio. The location was great! They enjoyed their stay and loved the convenience to downtown Wellston. We will definitely recommend this property to out of town family and friends! "
